Just wanted to pop in to say good luck on your first day tomorrow MJ. I've got my veggies cut up and my ingredients all lined up for tomorrow's lunch at work. I'm a bit nervous. But I feel like it's time to finally kick this problem in the teeth.

Loosing weight first needs self discipline. Usually, during the first month of "weight loss plan" is easy since we are still so motivated. However, it is possible that on the next two or three months, we seem to go back to our old ways and forgot the weight loss plan. This is where self discipline becomes mandatory then. Loosing weight isn't for days or months only. The "to dos" and "not to dos" must be maintained. So when you plan for a weight loss, make sure you can maintain what's on your "weight loss plan".
Let's see how things are looking after the Biggest Loser Challenge. I think the show ends in May, and we can start the Beach Body Destination Challenge around the first of June to get those last pounds off.

This sounds like a great idea! I couldn't even imagine getting to goal weight and wearing a bikkini! I have the worst stretch marks on my belly and no kids to show for it! I love the resolutions you made in your first post! Keep it up!![]()

FINALLY BL is back on TV. I mean, I liked the olympics, but I need my weekly fix of BL too!
I got the stretchies on my belly also.
Sooo ... did you do the saliva test? I tried it this morning and it sunk to the bottom in less than 1 minute. lol Doh! Busted!
When I got my hydrotherapy today, the R.N. told me most people have too much candida in their system and can benefit from a cleansing diet with zero sugar in it. That's not surprising. Sugar = the devil.
