Hi all! Sorry I haven't been around as much lately. It's been a bit stressful with job searching and all. Plus, while I do have internet at home, I don't want to sit at the computer all day, you know?
Anyway, to catch you all up, I lost 1.4 pounds last week bringing me down to 180.8 and exactly 39 pounds lost. That's pretty good and I'm proud of that. Although, I was frustrated all last week because I weighed the exact same amount from the last weigh in (182.2) right up through last Thursday. Friday I step on the scale expecting the same number and it's 1.4 pounds down.

Weight loss is weird.
Plus, this morning, it's back up to 181.4... *sigh*
Although, I suppose I should expect that, I've been bad about exercising. Why is it when you have so much more time, it's so much harder to get things done? Of course, I've been cleaning and job hunting, so that takes up time. And now my daughter is home because there is no reason to pay for day care if I'm at home, so I'll have to work around her too.
Anyway, on the positive side, I have a job interview at 2 o'clock today! Wish me luck! I'm hoping it goes well, but I'm so nervous I feel like I want to be sick. >_< I really hate interviews.
Gah, I had the hardest time finding something to wear to the interview though! I absolutely had to buy something new because all my old clothes are so baggy, they really do look bad. But yet, I'm still a fat girl and it's hard to shop. First I had to find something that looked nice, then it had to come in my size, then it had to fit right... *sigh* The first shirt I found looked really nice and was the right size and even wasn't too expensive, but the sleeves were so small that I couldn't hardly move my arms. Why don't clothing companies get that if I'm fat, so are my arms?
I did finally find something, but I had to drive to the nearest large town/small city and then it took hours once I got there. In this day and age, where so many Americans are overweight, why do SO MANY stores only carry clothes up to a size 12??? Although, this has lead me to make a new goal:
- I want to be thin enough where I don't have to worry about whether the store carries my size or not.
On the plus side though, I used to wear a size 22 jeans and now I wear a 16. I was excited about that. Oh! And I got a XL shirt when I used to have to find something in XXL or even XXXL depending on the shirt.
Anyway, I wish I had time to post more and check your journals, but I really have a ton of things to do before my interview. I miss you all and hope everyone is doing well!
