High carbs causes me to go, I could eat a sandwich and a bagel and that can make me go to the bathroom. Sometimes, milk makes me go to the bathroom as well, sometimes I am lactose intolerant.

I notice I do eat a lot of meat, especially as my primary source as protein. I need to turn to some legumes because they provide protein AND fiber and SO many more nutrients!

It's hard for me to eat fruits and veggies unless I eat it with a meal, it's hard for me to snack on veggies and fruits...I'd turn it into a meal.

Got a lot of improvements to make..
 
I need to make baths a weekly thing...Wow, I feel SO relaxed, SO clean, and So refreshed. I feel so good tonight, I know I ate over 1800 calories today, but I feel content/ a LITTLE full, but this may be TMI, but when I do any excretion, when it's powerful and huge, I LIKE IT! It makes me feel so healthy and strong!

You've got very strange bowels Miss Poodle. Mine are just stubborn but its because of medication. Nothing to be done about it really. I just hope i don't get bowel cancer as a result of it being so slow. We have some BC in our family. So i do worry a bit about it. My doctor gave me three canisters that i am supposed to put samples in for a test but to be honest, i find it all too awkward. I need a plastic sheet or dish to go on and then that would mean squatting on the floor instead of sitting over the loo and i am just not that keen especially when i can't go three days in a row but the whole thing might take a week or more to get the three samples. Though its not that i ordinarily find squatting a problem. But i need to do it sometime soon.
 
BTW, I meant excretion by means of urination, haha, not the other one. Well, I do feel healthy when those are large too, but I love a powerful stream too!

I knew that double fiber bread would move me today, I had suspicion that the fries and cheese steak would make things move as well, and it was confirmed today. Something about junk food just makes things GO.

Very strange...yet, interesting to learn more and more about my body~
 
Miss Poodle you have no shame!

Is it normal in your family to talk about bowel motions so freely? I must confess to being a bit gobsmacked by some of your disclosures. I must be a prude.

Haha Miss poodle you make me chuckle!!!!!

And fortyfour, do a poo in the pot to put your mind at rest! With that sort of family history you can't afford to take any chances. Bowel cancer is one of the worsts ones as you don't get symptoms till late on, DON'T WAIT!!!!!
 
Reflection on Week 3:

I blame the huge weight gain due to the 1.5lb of water (3 cups of water) I had prior to weighing in at the gym. Also, the mexican food consumed 2 hours prior to working out today. The mexican food was not nutritious because my stomach is feeling kind of acidic, what an ache. Too bad nothing is coming out of that end!!

My goal for Week 4, I'm going to calorie cycle between 1300/1600, eat frequently every day, and eat at least 5 servings of fruit AND vegetables every day. I will have two fantastic rest days from the fitness classes, and spend 10 hours in fitness classes. My goal is to lose 6 pounds this week, but with how my body was during Week 3, I don't know what to expect.

Thursday- 1,600 calories. cardio kickboxing and strength training.
Friday- 1,300 calories. rest day
Saturday- 1,500 calories. cycling and body pump
Sunday- 1,300 calories. rest day
Monday- 1,500 calories. cycling and body pump
Tuesday- 1,300 calories. turbo kick and strength training
Wednesday- 1,600 calories. turbo kick and cycling

Thoughts
I decided not to go to work today to work on my papers. The first thing that happened this morning was take a BM. My stomach is still unsettled from yesterday. I feel so spicy because of those darn jalapenos from the mexican food yesterday. Grossly, smelled like jalapenos. NEVER AGAIN will I eat cheap mexican food!

The cardio kickboxing class is as intense as I make it to be. I like it stilll, I feel like a pro with all the moves but go DEEP into the moves like the instructor, woot woot! I can't wait until he changes it up next month and hopefully i'll master it really quickly! The strength training class wasn't all that great tonight. In the last 20 minutes of it, I strained my left calf-to-heel tendon a little bit, so I did only upper body. It wasn't a huge strain, not even on the pain scale.

Are you eating the fruit frozen or defrosting it first. I just mention this because the vet told me that dogs can't absorb the vitamins out of frozen chicken so i presume the same thing might be the case with frozen fruit.

Try to increase the vegies and decrease the fruit. In Australia we are told 5 vegies and 2 fruit a day. Preferably 5 different sorts if you can. Certainly today i have had 4 serves of 1 vegetable. lol. But my excuse is i have to clean out the fridge before i go away.
 
I'm probably going to let the frozen fruit defrost a little bit so I don't get a tingly tongue!
I've started to take a multivitamin today, just to get those extra nutrients that I'm not getting!
I wish that beans were vegetables, but they are fruit! boohoo! I love beans! I love zucchini too, so I gotta buy some since they are definitely vegetables!

My BMs this morning were sooooo spicy....gosh, never again will I eat cheap, liquid nacho cheese, and food that comes from a taco truck...the reviews were 5 out of 5, but cheap food does not work with my healthier lifestyle!!! Could I be happy that I actually did have a BM? It would be possible.
 
Oh dear I've just stocked up on at least 50 bits of fruit, shouldve probably thrown some veg in there as well.

Hot foods=hot body. Chilli boosts you metabolism, so its good your feeling the burn! Cinnamon (even a quarter of a tablespoon) is supposed to increase your metabolism by 20! I don't know for how long it works for, but still..... impressive! I have it on my porridge.
 
Hey overtherainbow, let's just say, uhh, the final part of my body felt the burn! The acidic of my stomach was probably the spicy feeling! My stomach usually doesn't get like this with jalapenos!!

I LOVE spicy foods usually, now i'm scared of cheap food NOT of spicy food..hehehe......

Ohhhhhhhh dear, today is an excess caloric day!!!! Talk about a re-feed!!! Go up and go down.

Tomorrow sounds like cycling, body pump, AND yoga! 815, 930, and 430 respectively.

I feel backed up! I ate TWO slices of double fiber bread and I can't believe i'm still backed up! I usually go because of the double fiber, but i guess not! How about those darn lentils from yesterday and the broccoli i had this morning??!
