Today hasn't been too good, but not so bad either. I've been really snacky since I've come home from school.
Breakfast:
1 cup Go Lean Crunch - 200c
2/3 Cup 1% Milk - 68c
Lunch:
2 Celery Stalks - 20c
6 Unsalted Saltine crackers - 78c
1 3/4 Tbs Skippy Peanut Butter - 166c
Baby Carrots, 14 - 53c
Kellogs Special K Bar - 90c
Snack (over a few hours haha):
Pear - 82c
Carrot Ginger Muffin - 101c
5 Baby carrots - 19c
1/2 tbs Skippy Peanut Butter - 48c
Then I made a low cal brownie recipe (105 per serving, yahhh), and ate some of the brownie mix, about 1 brownies worth.
Dinner:
1 1/2 cup Potatos - 170c
Onions - 11c
Peppers - 6c
Broccoli - 10c
Eggs - 139c
Snack:
Ghirardelli Chocolate, 60% Cacao, 1oz - 145c
I had to guess with dinner, because I didn't make it. It sounds about right though.

Aiming to do 30+ more minutes of cardio, and more strenght exercises. The stair step machine and weights I already did were in Gym class. I <3 the weight room. I'll be in there for the next few weeks, I hope I get a lot out of it, so when I actually join our local gym I know what I'm doing...
