Good MORNING!!!!

Well Aunt Flo moved in this morning, LOL LOL I was expecting her so the mat was layed out for arrival. LMAO!! Actually I'm quite happy as that means she will be gone by the weekend, OH YEAH!!! ENOUGH SAID!!

Moving right along! I spend 45 minutes running on the elliptical last night, it said I ran 5 miles roughly 525 calories burned per the machine, well whatever I don't really know how realistic those machines are on posting calories, but I was happy at the 5 mile run, it felt great!! Right after the run, I jumped on the stationary bike at a level 9 for 35 minutes, I went 8 miles on that, said I burned about 440 calories.

Today, I am going to the gym, I'm just doing my 1 hour Body Jam class, as my cramps are slightly on the irritated side, and well need I say more!!

Last night I had a good dinner night, I had grilled chicken strips, grilled green peppers, onions and 2 oz of cheese, as I put cheese in with each of the 2 fajita wraps I made, it was super good, and basically less than 600 total calories, plus I was full, so you can't beat that with a stick!

Total Calories yesterday: 350 breakfast, 450 lunch, 100 afternoon snack and 600 dinner= TOTAL: 1500

Exercise: 1.5 hours burned approx 800-900 calories

I will say I did get on the scale for the heck of it, and I think it's possible I'm down another pound, but again I won't post my overall total until Saturday, I was hoping for 2 pounds a week for the next month. I'm crossing my fingers!!

It's freezing here in AR too! I had to break out the wool coat this morning.

It's sounds like you're rocking and rolling with your eating and exercise. Way to go! I was going to sign up for the holiday challenge yesterday but missed the cutoff by 45 minutes. Boohiss! I joined the November 2lbs a week challenge instead.

Sorry you missed out. I'd let you join, but I already turned down someone else who was too late. Wouldn't be fair. I even extended the sign up for an extra day and a half. :biggrinjester: But, if all goes well with this challenge, and people don't drive me too crazy, I'll do another one after New Years. 45 minutes of running? Oh yeah you burned 500 calories or so! What cardio, wow! This is mhy last day of no exercise, looking forward to SOMETHING tomorrow, lol!

OH MAN!!! well, we will certainly catch you on the next one!! The weather man said it's supposed to warm up by the end of the week, but OUCH.... I finally had to crank on the heater at home, DARN IT!! Have a great day today!!

Hey Evil Twin!!! LOL I love that! Yeah, I've really been working it hard at the gym, but you know that's the ONLY way I can ever lose weight, if I just work out 1 hour 3 days a week, and watch what I eat, I rarely lose a pound in 3 weeks, so I kicked it up a notch. I will admit, I can feel it in my body by morning, my back is a bit stiff, and my legs are a little achy.

WOW, I'll take 56 in the mornings NO PROBLEM!! I hope those pounds are melting, I'm tired of taking 2 months to lose a pound, it's driving me crazy!! Plus, the gym is starting to get to the point where I need to motivate myself more, just getting bored of the same old, same old. You know what I mean?

Hey VBF!!! I don't know how long I will hold the name Energizer Bunny, I may need to recharge my batteries when this challenge is over. I tell you what, I've been sleeping like a log when it's time for bed. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!
I hope your time off was really good!! I'm sure you didn't put on a pound either, your body is a calorie burning machine, because of all that muscle, so go get em the rest of this week my friend!!! I'll stop by diary's real soon.

It's funny I complain about it being 60 degrees here in California this morning, when people have it much worse. I hate cold whether, and I hate hot whether. 70/80 degrees is perfect. Anyway, congrats on all the exercise you got done. Just reading it makes me exhausted. Have a great day.

Yeah, it seems as if Fall just came and went in like 3 weeks, well maybe, if we are lucky it will be a mild winter, NO ICE!! I hate that stuff, and we were loaded with it last year.

Well, I actually got into a website to track my food and calories for yesterday, so here it is below. Also, I did NOT workout last night, I was having a little aunt flo issue, so thought it best to take a day off, I'll continue back tonight and go Friday to make up for not going last night. HAHAHA It may seem like a little, but really it's a lot of food. I took a nice Polish Sausage out and sliced it up thinly, threw it in a pan and sautéed it with some green peppers and onions, then I cooked up some pasta, Oh and added some tomato base in the veggie/meat combo, I took about 1 cup of the cooked pasta and just a few spoons of the veggie/meat and I was stuffed!! I might have wanted more if I worked out last night. But, truthfully I just think my stomach is shrinking and if I over eat I really feel terrible, not emotionally but I get this upper bloated heavy feeling in my stomach area. It feels like crap, so I really try to stop when I begin to get full. Granted some days, like the weekends, I might eat a few hundred calories more, I tend to nibble more on the weekends for some reason.

1,285 calories isn't a lot of food. You need to eat more, otherwise your metabolism will slow down and you'll plateau. Well, this week's bonus will probably annoy you, too..lol But I hate low, low cal dieting, so I don't care if you're annoyed..lol. :D
