Good MORNING!!!!
Well Aunt Flo moved in this morning, LOL LOL I was expecting her so the mat was layed out for arrival. LMAO!! Actually I'm quite happy as that means she will be gone by the weekend, OH YEAH!!! ENOUGH SAID!!
Moving right along! I spend 45 minutes running on the elliptical last night, it said I ran 5 miles roughly 525 calories burned per the machine, well whatever I don't really know how realistic those machines are on posting calories, but I was happy at the 5 mile run, it felt great!! Right after the run, I jumped on the stationary bike at a level 9 for 35 minutes, I went 8 miles on that, said I burned about 440 calories.
Today, I am going to the gym, I'm just doing my 1 hour Body Jam class, as my cramps are slightly on the irritated side, and well need I say more!!
Last night I had a good dinner night, I had grilled chicken strips, grilled green peppers, onions and 2 oz of cheese, as I put cheese in with each of the 2 fajita wraps I made, it was super good, and basically less than 600 total calories, plus I was full, so you can't beat that with a stick!
Total Calories yesterday: 350 breakfast, 450 lunch, 100 afternoon snack and 600 dinner= TOTAL: 1500
Exercise: 1.5 hours burned approx 800-900 calories
I will say I did get on the scale for the heck of it, and I think it's possible I'm down another pound, but again I won't post my overall total until Saturday, I was hoping for 2 pounds a week for the next month. I'm crossing my fingers!!

But, if all goes well with this challenge, and people don't drive me too crazy, I'll do another one after New Years. And if I don't do it, someone else will..lol. Good luck in the Nov. Challenge.
