I remember when I was going through the "losing inches, but not weight" stage. You jumped right in and told me that losing inches was a great accomplishment and that the weight woudl catch up...and it has. So, back at ya now. You are doing great(like you need to be told) and the weight will catch up with you lost inches soon.
 
27" waist? i thought that was the arm measurement! :O

hehe I cant wait till im that! im only 5" away, down from 48"!

Hey girls I'm back!! I'm exhausted today for some reason. I really had a busy weekend, I spent Saturday evening with my hubby, then we went to a friends house for a nice time, we got home late, but it was worth it! Sunday we got up and did the FATHERS DAY thing, took my hubby to breakfast and then he and I did some shopping. When we got home, I took the lawn mower and mowed for about an hour straight. I was soaked to the bone! it felt great! However, guess what?? NO MOVE on the scale this week, that makes three weeks straight without movement. HAHAHA Can you friggen believe that?? I work out so much I'm just dumb founded over this. BUT.... as I said before I'm wearing stuff I haven't been able to fit into in a long time, so I know I'm losing. And thanks everybody for stopping by the last few days to check in on me. Anna, you crack me up!!! They did get my heater working again, I guess it was the thermostat. I am going to double up at the gym the next 3 days, as I will be leaving for a short vacation come Thursday morning, so after Wed I will not be posting for a few days, but I should be back by Saturday night, so maybe Sunday I'll get up early and post then. Here is my workouts for the next few days:

Monday
1 hour group groove
1 hour Cardio Kickboxing

Tuesday
1 hr Group Centergy
1 hr Group Power

Wed
1 hr group groove
1 hr group Centergy

If that doesn't kick start my muscle to start burning more fat, I don't know what else to do. except for a few brownies I had this weekend, I ate REALLY good, damn I eat good ALL WEEK long, I'm sure a little splurge on the weekend is not going to stop me from losing a pound or two. It's just strange. Today I've had my bowl of Mini Wheats, for lunch Oatmeal and apples for snack. I'm feeling a bit bloated today, not sure why. Well, I hope I sleep well tonight, I'm just really tired! I'll stop by diary's later. Thanks again everyone for stopping by!!

Hi Kim, Lady Bug is back, yay! I was working out like crazy and eating right, yet didn't lose anything for 3 weeks either. It's super weird, but when that happens I feel fatter than when I was the heaviest. I don't understand that strange phenomenum. You're doing everything right. And you will be rewarded. Patience is so hard. It's times like these I have to remind myself this is my lifestyle now, so what if I don't get tangibly rewarded? I have to pretend I'm in "maintenance" phase instead of weight loss phase. Cym and Tom were just talking about that in Cym's diary today...good stuff.
Have a wonderful vacation Kim, you deserve it with all your hard work, you're doing GREAT.

Thank you so much!! I know you are right, it is patience that I need to hold on to! It's just hard when you see the first 15 pounds come off in 7 weeks, then BLAH nothing and you work just as hard if not harder, just frustrates me a little, but I deal pretty well with it, so I'll be alright! I guess it could be worse, the scale could have gone up right. LOL LOL!! I'll be patient, and see if these double workouts don't help. I'm tired, I think I better grab some lunch!

id also like to suggest that you try to add some resistance based training sometime soon, and see if maybe that helps kickstart the weightloss again. though, if your sizes are getting smaller, then that is what matters, not a number on a scale. of course, ignore my ignorance if those workouts are in fact resistance based, lol. im not too familiar with them, what exactly do you do in those? and do you find that group based workouts help you more than solo ones? perhaps i should consider doing cardio in group sessions myself, if it would keep me more consistant in that department...

anyways, glad to see youre still fighting fat on its home front, dont let it take the battle to you! lol

HI COACH!! Yeah, I love the GROUP sessions, they tend to PUMP me up a bit and when you get several other people in there that are Motivating, then it helps push me even more It's just fun! I love being around good, solid and positive people, and all these people are just that, we are all taking these classes for the same reason, LOSE THE FAT! some of my classes are resistance classes, Centergy is one of them and so is group Power. Basically, Each class is a total of 1 HOUR, Group Groove is high impact dancing, Salsa, hip hop and so forth, it's my favorite!! Group Centergy, is part Tia Chi, Pilates and Yoga, VERY GOOD strengthening class and flexibility. Group Power is just that, power with weights, lifting using a bar and working front and back of your body from top to bottom. My LEAST favorite I must add. HAHAHA Cardio Kickboxing is just what you think, Minus the Bag, we don't use a bag in our class. It's funny, my daytime job is a desk job, but after work I'm on the go until 10 pm at night, I'm ALWAYS moving. I'm sure it will eventually start coming off on the scale again, I just need to be patient, as I believe I'm putting muscle on again and toning. But, if it lasts more than another two weeks, I'm going to kick the scale and cut back a little on my calories. We will see I guess.
 
Great plan for the week, Kim! Kick the scales is right! LOL! As long as you are seeing those clothes fitting better and looser, you are losing! :)

Drinking all of my water on the weekends is my downfall too...I guess its just much easier to do here at work...sitting at my desk...I am more focused...and less distracted than I am at home on the weekend!
 
Kim, you know I know just how you feel since I've been on a plateau for a few months now. I'm not that disciplined any more though, yet no weight gain or loss, just maintaining. I would love to see a new lower number on the scale but I guess I need to get down to calorie levels that I can't seem to discipline myself into going to. I doubt that's your issue, but the body is just WEIRD sometimes. It is nice that you're fitting into old clothes, that's a good sign. Perhaps you need a week off from the exercise to kick start your body? I dunno...
 
Hi Kim, wow your exercise schedule is incredible, you're doubling up in preparation for your vacation? That's great, and I really can't even comment on the frustration regarding the scale any longer, it is beyond...frustrating. Soon :) You'll see the number you want. You're so dedicated, it's really great to see you post your workouts day after day, it makes it easier for me to talk myself into working hard when you're doing the same. Hope you have a beautiful evening. :)
 
Happy Monday Kim!! I hope your week goes well. Your exercise sounds like fun...I wish I had a group thing I could do. I would just love that!

Hello Everyone!! thanks TOM I love ya man!! Thanks Sara, your my sweetie! And thanks Mrs Queen always love to see you come by!!

Last night I did not do Cardio Kickboxing, didn't make it to the gym in time for class, SOooooo I rode the bike for 25 minutes and did 6 Miles, incredible, I burned 400 Calories doing that and kicked ASS!! then I went into 1 HOUR of Group Groove, THEN.... Went upstairs and RAN around the track about 4-5 times, then I dropped. HAHAHAH No I was so wet, I had to change and leave, I was TUCKERED OUT! I went home and made a Veggie fajita, mmmm used green onions from our garden and tomatoes, then melted it all together with some Pepper Jack cheese on a fajita tortilla, it was Excellent! Today I got up and felt refreshed not tired like yesterday. I had a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios and not sure what I will do for lunch today. I will be working out hard tonight, will spend 2 hours at the gym.

I will say that each week I reach into my closet and try on something I haven't wore in a long time. I did that this morning and took out this blouse that is FORM FITTING, around the torso and comes down in a V in the front, it's more of a going out on the town shirt its red and it's HOT, It fit like a glove! I wanted to wear it today to work, with my black slacks, but I believe it would have been a little to much for the work office and well I didn't want those guys checking out my chest instead of my face, ahhahaha Okay, let me explain I'm a size D ladies, yep, I've been big ever since 9th grade, can you imagine a size 26 waist and a size D boobs, hahha I was stared at all the time and it made me very self cautious, NOT ANY MORE! HAHA I can't wait to take that shirt on vacation with me this weekend. I will have my hubby take a picture of me in it before we head out to dinner, then I'll post it okay???? Oh and ALL my bra's are now on the last damn notch, and even that it's hanging, so it's time for NEW ONES! They are so damn expensive. Oh well, that's life right. Well, I better get going I have a lot to do. and many diary's to read. Later everyone!

I wish I could say something as supportive as you said for me. I have a bad cold and my brain is tired. but I want you to know I think you're a wonderful, full-of-life person I'd love to meet and work out with...wouldn't that be fun?!?!? I really am rooting for you, I know how much you want this weight loss, iknow how hard you work for it and you DESERVE it. I KNOW that weight is going to drop, I'm just waiting. And IMO, 7 weeks is really, really fast to lose 15 lbs!! So I think you may have burned some muscle and are gaining it back--and the fat is dissipating. Can't wait until you get to your goal! Watch out for the haters!

I was in a COOKIE SHOP (LMAO!!!) with my new mom, the mom of the family I've been drinking wine with, and she's about my height, a beautiful redhead, slim and fit and looks 35, not at all 47 like she is. We were both in pretty dresses and ordering cookies, and there were some girls my age sitting there, staring at us. I didn't notice until she pointed it out, "Gosh I hate it when girls just STARE at you," and I thought, well who knows what's going through their head, it could be negative, it could be positive. I'm not one for staring...but if it's a really, really hot, exotic young man I can't help it. :rotflmao:

Boy, that's so much fun and motivating when you can go "shopping" in your own closet. I used to do that and then immediately throw or give away everything was newly too big...
 
Awesome job for fitting into the hot red top to show off the D boobies! :rotflmao: Growing up mine were Bs, then in my late 20's they went to a C, and now they're high D's. I was always a big bootie type before, but now I'm big all over. Wondaful! :rotflmao:

Picking up on what Curves said about meeting up and working out, wouldn't it be so fun if we had a WLF reunion some day? That would be so cool to go working out together. :rotflmao: Doubt it would ever happen, but we can dream can't we? I wonder how different or similar we are to our "online personalities".
