well i am happy for you for losing those inches. i feel the same way about it as you do. as long as i'm getting smaller that is good :D the pounds will follow eventually lol
but it is nice to see those scales move too.

I hate to make my post a repetitve one, but I have to echo what everyone else has said. :) You are doing so well, regardless of the numbers on the scale. It's working for me too; the scale is moving so slowly, but my pants are getting bigger. LOL! Way to go Kim!!

Hey Queen, It is funny how are clothes get big, but for some reason the scale sits and sits, our bodies are a miracle that's is for sure!


Hey there Kim! Thought I would stop by and catch up on things. I would have to agree.. women ARE awesome!! That's a fact for sure! I have been in awe of women ever since I was a young pup, or is that gawk... Hmmm?? :cool: LMAO!! Seriously, I never could understand how women could juggle everything and do it so well! Okay, back to you! Glad to hear your workouts are going so well and I am really happy for you! Like Beth, she didn't drop too much weight over a couple week period but she looked and felt so much skinnier! You coud defintely tell but the scales didn't reflect.. weird how that works! Keep it up girl and keep smiling!

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, Brucie that's so sweet of you to say. Yeah Beth I remember when Beth was on that short plateau, it just drives you nuts sometimes, because we know we are losing, it's just nicer to tell someone, "GUESS WHAT?? I lost 10 lbs, Not Guess what?? I lost two inches. It's just more exciting to me to say pounds, why don't ask, I don't have an answer for that one. Thanks for checking in!!

Hello Cinder!! Thanks for the vote of confidence in me, I should be dropping weight soon, I'm not going to sweet it this time, I'll just wait and see. Since really there isn't any more I can do to help it along that I'm not doing already, I live at the gym anymore. And I eat pretty darn good. So I'll just keep going and see what happens. Later!!

Thank you Cita girlfriend!! I'm doing just fine, but really, really tired!! I've been working my butt off and work and then going straight to the gym for workouts, then home and work doing you know Home stuff, cleaning, fixing something to eat for my family and then cleaning up and spending an hour relaxing, no time to jump on the computer. I just got my hotel booked for the 21st & 22nd in Forth Worth TX. That took me a week to figure out. I'll check your diary later Hot Momma!! :)
 
Okay, I just went back and read my replies to everyone, my gosh what a mess, half the words are screwed up that I typed like "sweat" ended up "sweet", ahahahah I'm jacked up this morning. HAHAHAHA NAH, I'm just tired that's all, please forgive my mess of miss spelled words and phrases that do not make sense. :) I've been busy everyone SORRY! I have a lot going on at work, ALL GOOD! and I have a lot going on Personal trying to get things set for my short vacation to Fort Worth in a week. After work I've been going straight to the gym for my workouts so no time to jump on the computer and post lately. I'll try to better. Below are my workouts this week so far and my food for the day today. I need to go read diary's so I can get caught up. Thanks everyone for stopping by to check in, I appreciate that!! Kim

Monday: Biked 8 miles, then did 1 Hour of Group Groove

Tuesday: 1 Hour of Group Centergy

Wed (Today) 4 Miles on the Elliptical, then 1 Hour of Group Groove

Thursday: REST, maybe??? not sure

Friday: Group Centergy 1 Hour, then Group Groove 1 Hr

Did you notice I didn't do any group POWER this week, oh well. I think I'm building enough muscle for now, obviously since I'm currently losing inches and no weight on the scale.

OH and my belt is now down to the 5th notch. What the fuck is up with that?? It would have to mean I've lost another inch in my waist line since last week. Is that really possible?? Come on, I'm just stumped here. Now the scales better be moving, I would be the FREAK at 180 and size 8 right??? HAHAHAHAHA
Well I better get going, lots to do before noon today. I had my bowl of cereal this morning and I brought oatmeal for lunch, I have fruit for snacks and some of those mini rice cakes too. I'm pretty set for the day. I just need to continue drinking my AGUA and I'll be alright. Later gators!

Cripe that's so true. It sounds like it's been a pleasantly busy week? I think it's so great you've still managed to get your workouts in, you're so on!

Ahhhh Sara, your the sweetest!! To be honest with you, my body has become accustom to working out now and when I DON'T get at least 3 days in a week, I feel sluggish and run down. AND..... my mind starts telling me I'm going to put on a pound and then I get a little anxious, I'm going to be honest with you on that one. I just feel better when I go, EVEN THOUGH, some days I really have to talk myself into going. Really I do!! I appreciate you! :)

Ha Ha ha - im impressed you swore - lol...I lost 3/4 of an inch in a 3 week time span and I thought that was good...well I guess it was two weeks because I got remeasured on the 3rd week so two weeks in between...wwith how much you exercise I wouldnt be surprize chicky - your kickin some major ass girl !!! You put me to shame

LMAO!! Cinder your funny!! I do kick major ass at the gym, maybe if I was in my early 20's again I would be dropping the weight faster too. YEAH RIGHT, I'm sure it slowed down right after my sons, so I'm just need to deal with it. I'm okay, I'm trying and that's all I can do right now.

Hi Sam!! Welcome to my diary! It's good to get to the gym and finally sweat out all those toxins and feel energized. It seems on a daily basis, around 3:30in the afternoon I start dragging butt, so some of those days I really have to say, GO TO THE GYM.. NOW! and get myself there so I can get me a little pick me up. It works too. I'll stop by your diary and see what's going on in your neck of the woods.
 
I also found the cuss funny! How about the third choice, no inches AND no pounds. Huh?? Rather at least the inches right!?
 
You are so right Cita, that's why I'm happy at least something good is happening to my body regardless of what that scale shows. It's all funny, I laugh about it all the time.
 
oh yeah i hate the speed sometimes, or rather lack of speed the weight drops off ... hehe
Is is true though how your body gets used to doing particular exercise and you crave it or get antsy without it.

Unfortunatly it seems to do less weight loss because of it :/

I feel just the same about exercise! Sometimes I REALLY have to force myself to start, but once I've done it I feels o good, and I miss it body and soul if I don't do it!
 
I also found my plateau funny and I didn't let it get me down. With my daily deficits it had gotten almost comical. Now I'm just making a half-hearted effort so I can't complain about my lack of results.

I agree! I need to exercise, or I feel rundown too, I'm not sure though if that's mental or physical. Hope yours is more physical so that you're not as crazy as me :) haha I loved seeing you swear too! 'twas hilarious. Hey it doesn't matter how much I enjoy my classes, I still have to talk myself into going, but it's getting to be a little less internal moaning about it with each day. It's nice to know you have to talk yourself into it sometimes too, and you always go, you're a MACHINE!

Hey Jewels, the little sparkler!! I'm doing pretty darn good at the gym and I'm staying right up there with most, however, it seems there are a select few people who must LIVE at the gym, about 5 of them have already logged in double of what I have, can you friggen believe that??? They must spend 4 hrs a day at that place. TO much time there in my book, but to each it's own. I'll check out your diary later today. THanks for the encouragement to continue even at my plateau.
