Miss Ladybugs Diary

Regardless what that stupid ass scale says, I'm wearing but another blouse I haven't been able to wear in years, so I think I'm still losing inches every week, my pants are almost getting to the falling off the hips stage as well, so MAYBE, just MAYBE I'll be buying new stuff the first of July, that's what I'm hoping for.

LOL!! You're too cute! I'm so excited for you!
Man, Kim, if I had your discipline and ate like you did, I'd be 125 lbs by now! You're a rock star!

Yeah you would think I would be a size 6 right Curves?? my body just doesn't pour off the weight no matter how many days a week I sweat at the gym, and your right I eat pretty damn good and I rarely go over my 1500-1600 calorie mark for the day.

Beth: The Bed & Breakfast we are staying at is actually a small cottage looks like a little Hansel and Gretel cottage, it's cute. It has it's own private deck out back with a Hot tub, that's the main perk for me, AND I'm paying the extra for the Spa treatment and massage package. I've stayed at a LOT of 5 star hotels, and HANDS DOWN the B&B's are ten times better, IF..... you get the ones you don't have to share a bathroom in. We have been very lucky maybe, but in all the states we have stayed we have been spoiled in our B&B's the last one was in SE Illinois and a British lady and her hubby ran it, the breakfast in the morning was to die for and fresh brewed coffee. AHHH it was heaven. This time the room like i said is not going to be IN the actual B&B it's a private cottage they have on property, I'll take pics and get them out there to view okay?? Now watch it end up being a flop. LOL LOL LOL:rotflmao: :rotflmao:

yayyyy possible pictures! I love it that your clothes are falling off of you, I think you should certainly go shopping for yourself! Good luck of course with the weigh-in on Monday, I'm sure you'll see a difference on the scale.

I like the sound of a B&B...

Good on you - you managed to get the days off... I know how annoying it is when you forget lunch - I did the same myself today and I ended up hunting for somewhere I could have something healthy. Thankfully I found a cafe selling jacket potatoes so it's all good..

The damn scales had better cooperate :( You deserve it, what with all your hard work at the gym! And yes, pictures - we want to see 'em..

Don't you just love that 'I'm too small for my clothes' feeling - makes me feel being cuddled... Enjoy your trip!

My boss ROCKS

It's OFFICIAL, my boss ROCKS!! He just came back from lunch and brought me a wonderful half turkey melted cheese sandwich on great herb bread, and a small tossed salad with peppers, grilled chicken, tomato, purple onion with light italian for lunch. OH HE HAS SAVED THE DAY!!! and all very light and nutritious, he wins today for BOSS OF THE DAY in my book. Ahhhhhh sweet! now I won't go to the gym and pass out after work tonight. HAHAHHA

I must say that's the nicest boss ever! lol Lucky you :D

Have fun at the cottage thingy! It sounds so cute :D I took a week off in the summer so I hope to go camping or something for at least part of it, but who knows if that'll happen, lol.

Kim, that sounds heavenly! and I am with ya on not sharing a bathroom...plus I can imagine that the food alone has got to be way better! :) I will have to get some recommedations from you on B&B's.

You do have a great boss! Yummy sounding lunch, too! Enjoy!

Thanks for leading me to the way of creating a diary...
I am having alot of fun on here
and I just came back from a 45 minutes walk ...which is really good ...because usually I live a very sedentary life ...and now I know I have to build my heart muscle ...the people on here are amazing ...

hope you are having an awesome day!

natalie jo :)

Cool, you're going to a B & B? I took my sons to one years ago and they had a petting zoo, horse back riding, a miniature golf course and indoor swimming pool. They had converted their garage into the restaurant and on hot days, the garage door would electronically open to reveal mesh windows. It was quite the surprise the first time those doors opened! Their food was crazy good. Awww, now I wanna go back!!

Way to go on keeping your calories at 1500/day and getting to the gym. :jump:

Thanks Anna!!! I'm trying really hard to reach some weight loss, everytime I jump on that scale and I see a few pounds down, it motivates me even more, so let's pray I see at least 3-4 gone on Monday or I'm going to be sick. LOL LOL

This morning I got up and went to breakfast with my hubby, I love doing that so much!!! When I got home I decided to mow the lawn in the front and do some weed pulling. That took about an hour and I was pouring with sweat, so I came in and took my shower and now I'm vegging out. Last night I did go to the gym I did 1 Hour of Group Centergy and 1 Hour of group groove. So much fun!! I don't have a darn thing scheduled for this evening so I will probably watch some good DVD's that we picked up at Blockbuster today. My husband loves James Bond so he picked up Casino Royal, I really have no interest in watching that one, but we got another one about a football team, I think THE ROCK is the coach it looked really interesting, so I can't wait to see it. I think my hubbby also picked up Smoking Aces, which I really won't mind watching, it looked good in the previews. Sounds like a really boring Saturday right?? HAHAHAHAH not really, I'm always on the go, so it's actually a very nice peaceful and relaxing evening. Maybe I'll soak in the tub, light some candles and have me a glass of that sweet red I put in the refridge this morning, that might just make it a perfect night. I better get busy on my water drinking for the day, or I'll never hit my mark. EVERYONE ENJOY YOUR WEEKEND!!
Kim

That sounds like a lovely day :) You and your man are so cute. I hope you enjoy the movies, I have to say I was not that thrilled with Smokin Aces though. Housework and yardwork are fantastic exercise.....which I need to get started on but I'm putting it off of course. Enjoy that wine Kim!

Oh if you want a really good movie, go get 'Night in the museum'
Its a Ben Stiller movie - we got it out last night for the kids and ended up laughing our heads off. it was an awesome all round movie - not just for the kids :D

Sounds like a lovely relaxing Saturday night "in"...and one you deserve after your last couple crazy busy weeks.

Ahhh, thanks Sara!! We ended up watching Smoking Aces, a little strange in parts, but not to bad. After the movie we drove into town and had dinner at McAlisters Deli, it's awesome, I had a Santa Fe Chicken Wrap made in a whole grain wrap mmmm it was good, my hubby had the French Dip, he said it was great! It was a great evening!

Your right, I've had some crazy past weeks and no time to relax, so it was well worth it. Thanks Cym!

Well, I woke up to dreary looking sky's today. AND... it's already 79 outside, that's when you know it's going to be a hot and humid day, YUK! The pool still is not ready, MAYBE, MAYBE we can get out there and get that darn pump/filter all hooked up and then we can start swimming tomorrow, we will have to see. Once the pump is going it only takes about 24 hours before it's clear blue water again, ahhhhhh that will be nice, I'm all about coming from home or the gym and jumping in the pool before I start dinner. :beating:
Tomorrow is the big weigh in for me, since it's been a few weeks, I'm both scared and excited at the same time. What if it's like my weigh in from the first of June where I lost mainly inches and very little weight. Ugggg, I have to see that scale go down at least a few pounds or I'll be really bumbed out for sure! Today I think I'll eat light and drink as much water as possible, maybe that will help a Little. I don't know but when it seems to be hot and humid outside I tend to feel bloated for some reason, my fingers feel a little swollen for some reason today, I hope I feel lighter in the morning. Listen to me I'm getting all worked up over this weigh in, I HATE THE SCALES! Now, that's enough about the weight, I'm just going to focus on today and eating right. Maybe I'll jump on the stationary bike for 1 hour that might help me feel better later. :rotflmao: get those endorphins moving. Well nothing really planned for today, I need to go out front with the hedge trimmers and trim my bushes in the front and make them look shaped again, they have a lot of growth over the past few weeks I haven't had time to get. I'll do about 3 loads of laundry I have blankets and sheets to wash, and that's about it. I have a good book I need to read that my girlfriend gave me, so Maybe I'll get started on that too. Well, I'll go read diary's now and get caught up,everyone have a great day!
Kim

LOL, Kim, now you know why I weigh myself every day! I'm burning my incense for you, though! Actually, I don't have much of it left, because I ripped it into small pieces last week, and my replacement shipment hasn't arrived. I know exactly how you feel. If I were a believer in "The Secret" I would "manifest" your weight loss for you, but alas, I'm too skeptical for that in my old age.

You are such a hard worker around the home! I need to get you to come out west and help me with my jungle-garden in my back yard!

Thanks Tom!! I'm an outdoor person by nature, I hate being inside that depresses me, so I do what I can to get myself out. If I'm doing yard work I feel better. Since the pool is not quite ready, sitting outside in 90 degree weather just sucks! It gets really hot here in OK during the summer time, last year we had the hottest August it stayed in the upper 90's and low 100's the entire time, UGGGG my electric bill was over 375 the entire months of August and September, I don't think my air conditioner every shut off. HAHAHAHA I remember it being in the 100's all the time in California during the summers too, but for some reason it feels different. Maybe because it's a dryer heat in Cali. I posted in your diary, I think your doing a great job!!!

Hi Kim, thanks for your note. Yes, once you get 15 miles east of the ocean it's hot, but we're only 5 miles from it, and this week it's never been above 75 degrees. Usually, we only need to put on the AC for a few days a year.

I remember those hot summers in Tennessee. Brutal!
