Miss Ladybugs Diary

Hi Kim

Congratulations on some more weight loss. I knew that all your hard work would pay off.

Love
Margaret

Thanks Margaret!! I'm a bit tired today, I guess I really worked out hard last night, I'm sure it will pay off it I can just stick with it.

wow, busy girl! Glad to hear about your pound loss and all that exercise!! its great! i'm proud of you!!

Hey Girlie!!! Yeah, I'm always doing something, usually it's off to the gym during the week nights and then who knows where during the weekends, it's always something, but I like it that way. Thank you on the props and being proud of me, I really work hard so it's about darn time!!!! LOL

ALL RIGHT!!!!!!!!!

Shaking means you pushed your body to a new level. You're making more muscle! This is GREAT for your metabolism. IF you can stand it, go ahead and still do the lunges before class--soon you won;t be shaky and you'll be even stronger. LOL!! Well, that's what I'd do, but you should, of course, do what's best for you, don't listen to ME!!! ;) I'm accumulating fatigue, here! LOL! Still, I'm really pleased, I hope your butt hurts, too, because if it does, you're only your way to sculpting it into a a SUPERBOOTY! :D
SO happy for you! You WILL be below 175, I can SEE IT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah your right VBF, I will probably continue those leg exercises before class and hopefully it will build up and I won't shake anymore, but WOW it was weird, I haven't been that way since I first started taking the class almost 7-8 months ago, it freaked me out just a tad I must say. I have this little knot up by my right shoulder, just below the neck, AHH I need a massage and now, maybe I'll pay for one tonight at the gym, I need a goood one! I've earned it I think. LOL LOL I love your ideas Val, so keep em coming!! You look FAB and I would do just about anything to get your BUTT!
HUGS

WOW! I'm glad the gym kicked your butt. That is such a good feeling. Knowing you did all that work, makes you want to do it again and again.

Good Luck Today!

Sometimes I have to push myself to start the work out.... but afterwards I know it was worth it. Which makes it easier to start the next time!

I think I've been going for so long now, that I don't have a problem getting there, actually if I miss a day I feel guilty and my body feels it too, I love the gym and once I get into that building I'm ready to go!! it's stopping that sometimes is very hard for me, as I know I have to get home and my body still wants to burn. LOL LOL

How do you find the time!?!? I do all my exercise at home. 1) because I don't have the money for a gym membership, and 2) because I have so little time to myself that I don't know how often I would be able to go.

You work very hard, and your scale results are showing that! Congrats.

Trust me, I MAKE the time! I work Monday thru Friday during the day hours, so immediately after work, I hike over to the gym and most my classes start at 5:30 or 6:30 so I might spend some nights there for two hours, that sucks a little because it takes away from my HOME TIME, but..... my sons are pretty much grown now, so they don't require my time so to speak anymore, boo-hoo I used to love that time with them, but now they have to many other things much more important than hanging with me. LOL LOL My hubby gets home about the same time as I do, so it works out perfectly. I don't go to the gym on the weekends, because that's my family time, and my down time. If I had little ones at home, I wouldn't be on this schedule that's a fact!! And I once was in your shoes, when I was single and taking care of twins and I couldn't afford the gym either, and what I did was a lot of yard work and walking and I took my sons with me after work for jogs, they would ride their bikes and I would jog, around my housing addition was approx 5 miles, so it worked out really good, plus they LOVED IT. And I ate a lot less because I wasn't able to work out as often. I just worked it out, anyway I could. But I've been there, trust me, you have no idea, and I'll spare you the drama. LOL LOL Hugs!

WELL...... Let me think on that one and post a little later when I have more time, but yes, I have many good stories to tell.......

YES, finding the time is really hard, but honestly I FORCE myself to MAKE time, as I must have some gym time or I'm cranky. :rotflmao: It's not easy trust me, some days I would rather be doing something else, like taking a ride to the lake or going out and eating with my GAL'S, but I know if I do, I'll never reach my goal, and therefore, I schedule my gym time in just like I would a meeting or dr's appointment, and I do it rather I'm exhausted or not, and trust me I'm tired often after work. Even 15 minutes a day I'm telling you MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE, try to find 15-30 minutes a day to do anything, walk, bike, dance, whatever you can and OWN that time. Good luck, and Thanks for stopping by

That's excellent advice about scheduling the workouts Miss LadyBG. I was just musing about how I need to try harder with this. You also give some good ideas on lower cal eating. I need to try the dried fruit for a snack. What exactly is it that you buy so I can get it? Have a good one sweetie :).

Hey Mrs. Hot Momma!! I buy the Sun Maid brand, it's over in your grocery near of course DRIED FRUIT. LOL LOL I guess they have store brands to if you want to go a little cheaper, but I'm willing to pay the 2.50 a bag to get what I like, and sometimes you can buy them on sale!! YEAH!! you know I love my sales! I buy the Mixed Fruit, because it includes the apricots, apples and prunes and I love all of those, but remember, ONLY EAT about a small handful, because you don't want to end up in the bathroom ummmmm Unloading so to speak, all that fruit can certainly do that to you, I KNOW!!

I agree that is sound advice. I am going to do that starting Monday. I have to start out on a fresh week. Go figure!

Yeah, it's never to late to try something else, or incorporate a new routine so to speak. I'm trying something new in the weights area that Steve came up for me, so far so good! But I won't lie, it's a hard workout and my legs feel it the next day!! :rotflmao: Good luck! I know you can do it!!
