One thing I really gotta start doing is drink my daily requirements of water. So I'm thinking on top of the food log I should start keeping tabs on my water consuption.

I found thingy that kind of gives you an idea of what you should be drinking based on your weight and activity. Of course it's just a guildline and other factors come into play as well.
 
Have you seen the drinking water challenge where you record your water intake everyday? It is very helpful to me. Especially in the winter when I don't want to drink because i am cold! Have a great day!:)

I also tried a bunch of those "body fat calculators" online and did all the measuring. They varied from 12% to 27% Daisygirl and I found one site that looked like you could trust it... it said I was around 13.8% Really though, I find it hard to believe that my body is in the same realm of athletes. I kind of think I'm around 20%

well I'm at work on a Sunday *grrr*
Deadlines are approaching and I need to get my $#^@ together! Very tired at the moment and I'm not entirely sure how long I'll last today. Yesterday I have no idea what my calorie intake was. Although I don't think it was bad. I've neglected the gym the last few days but starting today I'll be making it a regular part of my day again.

how much more are you planning on loosing Mike? Much more? or just till it looks right?

not much more....maybe a few more lbs... I'm actually pretty happy with my current weight.
