the weekend I don't even want to know what my calorie intake was... lets just say I enjoyed my weekend!

today

breakfast
oranges, cereal, milk

lunch
2 sandwiches, chips
 
yesterday
afternoon snack
banana

supper
sausages, fries, veggies, raw cauliflower, coleslaw

exercise
interval training (treadmill)
30 minutes, 450 calories

snack
peanut butter and banana...
crackers and honey

total = errr 2100

today
breakfast
oatmeal, grapefruit juice

lunch
probably nothing depending on the financial situation. The weekend really tapped me out!
 
Aww, you know you can always come over to my place at lunch for food! I have some whole wheat spaghetti noodles i can cook up and do up a garlicy-tomato sauce too!
 
lol... wow, yeah ummm painteddaisy called me. Which is good, I was actually going to head home in the hopes of finding some leftovers (in a boarding house is a rarity) but the gf wouldn't let me. Pasta sounds good.

well not completely fit. I let myself go during the holidays now I'm trying to get back to where I was. But yeah... been doing great.




Yesterday I ate around 2100 calories. I'm obviously not trying to lose weight like I did in the past... my main focus is to maintain and get fit. Painteddaisy doesn't really want to see me get any skinnier, and truth be told I don't think so either. But getting rid of that little fat that I do have would be great, but really isn't important. I just want to be able to fly on my bike this summer.

I weighed in this morning... 178

178 is great dude.......like you said just maintaine and tone up.......wish I was at that point!!!! Soon enufff thoe!!!!

weight so I can enjoy weekends occationally to eat out and such!

Hmmmm I think one had to do with chicken! Anything chicken
I love.I like trying new stuff so I don't get bored but I am picky
I don't care for veggies unless it's for flavoring reasons lie onions
garlic ect I hate anything groundbeef and anything fishy lol
so any chciken recipies you care to share I have my pen handy
