My ADD is kicking in... just wrote like 4 pages of scripts then I started writing in my blogs, and no I'm writing in my journal.... well, I guess there are worse things I could be doing!

I didn't go to the gym last night but tongiht I'll be going for sure... it isn't like me to put it off, so weather or not I feel like going, I'm going...

This is getting crazy, I am proud of myself though... I am back on track in terms of eating. I just gotta do the gym thing more... 3 or 4 times a week at least!
 
I gotta agree with the peanut gallery - the new av has a little hunky on it, especially with the slight 5 o'clock shadow. :D

Great job getting your eating back on track - now quit being a slack ass!! *kicks mikey in the butt* ..lol. I kid! :D;)

that puts me at about 700 calories for the day... meaning I still have 1000 calories to consume. hmmm, I'm thinking afternoon snack :D


So I've been toying with the idea of going on a high carb type of diet if I'm going to start cycle training again. Anyone recommend any sites?

didn't drink enough water today... started cramping up on the treadmill.... damn it!
 
yesterday I was feeling a bit down on my workout... but the girlfriend made me realize it was better than nothing... If time permits, I'll be going to the gym again tonight...

So starting next week I really gotta get myself back into the diet that got me skinny. Here is why...

It's almost noon and I haven't had anything to snack on between meals. So right now I'm craving grease! Will I give into that craving, probably not... today at least. Eating healthy snacks was one of the key things that helped me throughout the day. For next week I'm thinking I'm going to do some shopping for healthy snacks for work.

Eating out I kind of want to ween myself off of too. It's not just the expense, but eating healthy in a blue coller town is next to impossible. Sure their are "healthier" selections... but you can do so much better eating at home or by bringing a bag lunch.

true, but we're going to be gone for the weekend soooo....

I'll be buying myself some sort of healthy snack during lunch break... I promise.

although I'm thinking I'm going to have to get creative with the bag lunches. When I was doing it before I was getting sick of the same ol' crap lol
 
Hmm, can you share with me more of this diet that got you skinny? Maybe you should give me a tutorial in the grocery store sometime- especially some snack ideas since snack time during my day is always the hardest. Do you charge for diet advice services? ;)

I went pretty simple in terms of snacks. I counted out the "serving size" for tortilla chips and accompanied it with Salsa. Yogurt, various fruits and veggies, occasionally the odd granola bar.

I stayed away from junk food and even the healthy food that was high in calories (ie: Trail mix)

Hmmmm something pretty for the girlfriend? I'm thinking a gift certificate to NAPA :cool:
