The presentation went well. It was wierd though, I was actually nervous in front of a class of twenty. I've had speeches in front of a crowd of a hundreds of people and it's high schoolers that get me nervous lol

lol, well I had the chips while watching the football game (bombers lost :(, but the good news is the broncos won :D) anywho, I knew I'd be having my leftovers from yesterday so I wanted to watch the cals.... so later on I had a bananna. Oh, and I ran out of salsa the other day... Bananna and jello? blech! Never liked that combination, I was always more of a fruit cocktail and jello kind of guy. Thanks for stopping by star!

I'd love to share but my recipe is extreamly dangerous. It's like 700, maybe 800 calories (my estimation) for one serving :eek: So for the good of the forumers, I cannot share it...

when you hit 150? the recipe really isn't that good lol, how about when you hit 180? that way I can figure out a way to tweak the recipe a little too, maybe lower the calories :)

hmmmm is there a website that anyone knows of that lets you plug in the ingrediants of a recipe to get the nutritional value of the recipe? just wonderin'

just add the ingredients to the 'pantry' then put in the amounts for each item. After that, name the recipe & put it servings. Very handy tool.

Just checked out your newest pictures.. very nice Mikey!! Quite studdly! ;)
