Oh man what did i start - this is awesome!

I wanna join in!
I *LOVE* hot food, the hotter the better (I even go out with a group every thursday for curry)

So I just got off the phone with a woman I was dating earlier in the year. Apparently she saw me yesterday while I was out shopping. She told me she was shocked at my transformation (I was 230 when we were dating). She also asked if I'd be interested in going out sometime.

The thing about that is she is the one that put a stop to us continuing to date, because "we lacked something." So I asked her that. She told me "Now that you're a lot thinner, I have no problems."

Can you hear the alarm bells? I did. I had to be sure though so I asked her if the only reason she put a stop to the dating was because of my size. She said without skipping a beat. "Well yeah, you're a great guy but it was kind of embarassing when I'd introduce you to my friends."

:eek: :eek: :eek: OMG ...Not only was she superficial enough to be that way, but STUPID enough to admit it!!! GEESH! You did the right thing...should've given her a few *nice words* first and THEN introduced her to Mr. Click!

I wouldn't have hung up her on her though, i would have sat there and said something like 'Well i would ya know, but im really not into such shallow superficial people like you anymore, i not only lost weight but i gained self esteem .. something clearly you dont have!"
or maybe i would have said something wittier (hey its early, i cant be perfect all the time!)

Yay Mikey - this is the part where I say something funny & whitty but I'm too foggy from the dentist. So.. yeah. I'll just leave it at yay Mikey. lol

lol.... so she called me back a little while later thinking we must have gotten disconnected. (she obviously isn't that smart either)

I ended up having to explain myself which made for an interesting conversation. By the end of the call she apoligized, I accepted but told her that us dating just would never happen. She had her chance.

I'll be honest though, I was very tempted to change my mind. lol, I've been single for far too long :mad:

I guess I'll continue to remain single too lol

lol, it didn't bother me that much Tammy. I got that kind of thing a lot when I was 250 lbs. "You're a nice guy but..." My friends tell me I'm a magnet for dating the wrong women. lol

hey bud it is getting ready to snow here too.......haloween is always so dang cold her my kids freeze their asses off when we go........but damn it it is worth it for the candy!!!!! And on the x-woman, if she didn't like you before she musta been stupid, ya should of told her that you would date her but it would just be to embarrassing to introduce her as your woman, but that a booty call would be ok once in a while!!!!!:D :D :D ;) he he....have a good one mikey...... later on:rolleyes: STAR
