talked to a buddy of mine last night and he's more familiar with the life fitness machines... told him about the score and he just said "that means shit, the army test only measures your time, not your heart rate... you could have been dying but as long as you get a good time, that's all that matters."

Friends help keep ya grounded.... I knew it was too good to be true lol

Thanks for the jogging tip lol when I do the trampoline I use
my belly belt and wrap it around lol but I don't wanna do that
in public lol! I just found out through my brother N law,he is in
his final year of college for physical Ed teacher, he said trampolines
are extremely bad on your joints especially ankle so hmm I guess
I am out $20 bucks, not worth messing my ankles/knees up and not
being able to walk or exersice at all!

ugh, today was probably one of my worst most stressful day of the year. Things just didn't go right at work during production. Stress levels are in the red, I hate it when things don't go as planned!:mad: :mad: :mad:


breakfast
kashi go lean crunch, 1% milk

lunch
mushroom soup, bbq ribs, small side order of fries

supper
perogies, drumstick, sweet potatos, side salad...

will calculate later...

I need to go to the gym and burn off some frustration.

just got back from the gym... I took a long my 64 year old landlady (the famous one who completed the triathlon) with me. I swear she is a machine.

my workout was as follows.

10 minute warmup on the treadmill, 1 mile, 150 calories (full out speed for a few minutes followed by walking, followed by getting pooped)

weights
legs - Leg Curls, leg extensions, squats
upper body - lats, and biceps

stationary bike
5 miles, 15 minutes, 200 calories

Great job at the gym...I like when my legs are a bit sore the next day, it proves to you that u really worked out.
