So far a much better day than yesterday... only one major disappointment, but over all... a wondeful day workwise.

Breakfast
kashi go lean crunch w/ 1% milk

hobbit breakfast
porridge, rye toast

Lunch
mushroom soup, cheeseburger
 
Yay!! Glad to hear work didn't suck today. Looks like a yummy day - whatcha makin me for supper? :D:D

Edit: Oh & have fun at the gym!!

and yes, as a matter of fact I did go to the gym...


Exercise

treadmill
2.7 miles, 25 minutes, 400 calories (first 2 miles in 18 minutes)

stationary bike - cardio
10 minutes, 4 miles, 90 calories

my 64 year old workout partner joined me again, how awesome is that?
 
My grandma could kick my ass on an elliptical, she's 78 and is one of those speed walking old ladies that look like they could take you in a brawl.

I refuse to change my signature lol... it only has one direction! But if you're a glass is half full kind of person, the 2 lbs weight gain is probably muscle. :D

hey pinky, thanks... actually I am confident more than ever that the lbs will continue to lower. At the rate I'm going at the gym anyways...

what am I doing later? Well I am back at the office this morning... just about to get to work. I have a script I have to write first, then I gotta go pick up my actor from the hotel, shoot a few scenes, then have lunch. Wait til my assistant director gets in, get into costume and attempt to act. lol

Why do you ask pinky? Wanna see a movie? :D

Yeah it does seem like just yesterday you were breaking the 200lb mark. Man time flies when you're loosing weight sometimes :)

Nah, I never keep measurements. I have noticed I huge difference though. I only have one notch left on my belt.... pretty soon I'm either going to have to buy smaller pants, or a smaller belt lol.

No movies for Mikey... I'm strictly small screen... and only for Canadians.

Thanks for visiting Kallie, yeah, sometimes I have a hard time believing what I've been able to accomplish. I couldn't have done it without everyone here at the forum though :)

yeah, but other times it seems like forever! It took me like 3 weeks to get into the 180's

2 piece chicken, small fries

Supper
bean salad, mixed veggies, turnips, taters, small piece of turkey, small banana cream pie

Total 1900 calories

No gym tonight. My calf muscles have been killing me the last couple days. Besides, I'm pretty tired. Was extreamly busy with work, everything went well, and I was happy with my acting performance... embarassing, but happy with it.

edit:

just got a call, might be adding to the calorie intake. Going out on a date apparently. A friend and his wife are going to a movie and the wife's sister doesn't want to be a third wheel. That's where I come in apprently. lol Last minute dating... *yikes*
