Mike's Diet Journal

wooo blind dates!

Never been on any myself, but it sounds like fun :D

And now that you are super hot dude etc it should be super awesome, you might just see a knowing gleam in her eye :D

Alternativly, if shes overweight and ugly you can explain how you lost all that weight! haha

well the blind date was interesting to say the least. She was 10 years older than me, yet I seemed the mature one. go figure! My buddy told her I was a television producer so most of her questions toward me were centered around money and material things.... needless to say... NEXT!

I did do good last night though, I volunteered to be the DD and drank only water.

Today?

no breakfast

lunch
pizza, roast beef sandwich

snack
babybel cheese

supper
chilli, crackers, cheese, pumpkin pie

total 1800

I just got back from an amazing workout.

10 minutes on the treadmill, 50 calories ( my knee was hurtin' so I stopped)
35 minutes on elliptical, 620 calories (I think I'm in love with this machine)
15 minutes stationary bike, 180 calories

Materialistic.. nice! lol.. too bad the date was a bust - good choice bein the DD though. That tends to be my role if I go out with a drinking crowd. And great workout!! I've never used an eliptical but I hear they are the shit. Might have to ask santa for a gym membership for xmas. ;)

Hello mike
thank you for the pick me up visit! Sorry you didn't find miss's
right lol atleast the date didn't go to bad! Wow your food always
sound yummy but the calories aren't outta control are you making
it yourself or prepared foods lol example pizza,& roastbeef sand
that=700-1000 cals for me!I looked at your before and after pics
and wowzer (whistles) you look gr8!!!:)

oooooohz means i still hv a chance! Right, mike???? *blink blink*

tks for comin to my diary. Lay's BBQ chips cured my migraine!:p

well yeah, she was a bit obsessed with what kind of car I drove and so on... my buddy apoligized to me today. lol Nice woman, but obviously not what I'm looking for.

tammy,
well for the most part I try to eat homemade stuff. The pizza was frozen today... it was almost half my calorie intake for the day too, badmikey! And thanks for the compliment regarding my b&h pics, I appreciate it.

pinky,
a chance? well that all depends on if you're willing to share your lays chips with me. lol Geezus I'm easy. *hangs head in shame*

Good night all!

Oh wicked, i was wondering how the date went :)

Im similar to her - though im just nosey and curious than really caring if a person is rich. I married an unemployed bum (who is now gainfully employed of course).

Sometimes i forget that i should really be less nosey - though i dont know why people get all hush hush about how much they get paid or other stuff really, and all paranoid. I just never understood it. I guess i just like to see how things/people work - which would be why im a programmer! :D

Pity it didnt work out, horay that we all have a chance!

If you ever make it to NZ ill take you on some fantastic day tramp/hike/cycles and show you some awesome stuff.

I'm with you Mike, never increase the ticker. Wait for it to come back down. I just don't post my siggie when it's not true.;)

The half full thing depends on the beverage - if it's beer it's half empty and I'm half drunk.

That's a good one. I'll have to remember it.

It's not that I don't like talking about my job... in fact if people truly are interested in my job rather than my paycheck I'm all for it. I love tons of stories of behind the scenes stuff that's far more interesting than how much money I make, and what type of investments do I have. To me, that sort of stuff is extreamly boring.

breakfast
kashi go lean crunch w/ milk (the last of it)

hobbit breakfast
eggs, taters, bacon, toast and coffee

lunch
chicken ranch wrap

m2m, lol, yeah well I guess it's too late now:eek:

Patty,
Kashi was okay... to be honest I'd rather just eat some homemade granola for breakfast. The Kashi stuff was a bit pricey... and I had to buy it when I was in the states. We don't have it here in Canada.

Multi grain cheerios is just as good too :)

I much prefer some nummy homemade granloa to the kashi stuff. The kashi's got a mild cardboard undertone. Ick.

Love the new av - you have really nice eyes. ;)
