Good list- but Bon Jovi? lol

lol.... fgt, we all have our cheesy music.... I happen to love 80's metal. I could have easily thrown in some poison, twisted sister, iron maiden...

niapage, yeah you can never go wrong with the femmes or sex pistols, thats for sure.

peq, country? lol.... no worries, one of my dirty little secrets is I was once a hard core country fan. Early 90's.... yeah, young and oh so foolish.

lunch
2 pieces of fried chicken, fries

exercise
golf with the big wigs lol It's the only way to get that raise!

supper
cabbage roll casserole

total = 1100

I'll find something to eat when I get home...

*gasp* and I thought you knew better!!

Oh and I think you've got a bit of brown on your nose left from the golfing. Need a wet nap? ...lol

Have a good day!!

I played Jr Hockey is Sasquatewan for a couple of months about 10 years ago now, and instead of saying "heck yeah" everyone would say "effing rights man!" (not literally "effin")

Is that still a part of the lexicon of the great white north? It was just fun to say.

fgt,

I'm not sure if anyone ever says "man" at the end of it anymore... that was more of a 60's thing then became a 90's thing..... possible pattern?

Anywho, yeah, I'll admit to saying "effin right" but it's mostly "effin eh"

So I'm up early this morning, waiting for just that little bit of sunlight so I could go out jogging (if the knee lets me) or possibly a combo of walking. I feel great this morning, my upper body is still killing me from my "light workout" in the gym on Wednesday. Good sign I suppose, means mikey's building muscles lol

Curiousity got the best of me too, and I stepped onto the scale this morning. I am now 188 lbs. It's been 10 years since I was last in the 180's... honestly, this is a bigger achievement than when I broke into the 100's because I am now in new territory. fyi, I now have b&a photos so if you're interested, check out my sig.

It's thanksgiving weekend here in Canada and I have two suppers to go to. My own families on Sunday and my best friend's parents on Monday. I'm leaving this afternoon headed back home for the first time since May... when I weighed 125 lbs. Mom and dad are in for a surprise...

sadly I will also be in the land of dialup so updating might be a problem. Compounding the problem is my mother is addicted to pogo and computer time is a rarity. lol I have already plotted out my jogging route though, so I'm going to get plenty of exercise. I'll probably even do a bit of golfing in the excited states of america since I'm from a bordertown.

Anywho, I expect to post a little more this morning but in case I don't have a great weekend everyone. If I don't post at all this weekend, it was simply due to the reasons I give above.

Have a good time with yr family & frends. Let us know how surprised yr parents are!:p
