Wow - as a Canadian, this is so far outside of my experience that I can barely comprehend it.

Yes for me too Cord...lol. Its not as understandable for a woman in Canada to pull a gun on someone at the door. Im so glad she realized her mistake cuz im thinking a bullet needing to be pulled out of some part of the body would have made Tuesday a complete bust!
Good job on all the exercise Mike! and YAY, not bullets. :D
 
i understand why she did it, they are the first to move in this subdivision thats in a bad part of town, its secluded, kinda scary for a chick i suppose

I can understand that, the area around my house has had shootings in the last month that have resulted in deaths, and that used to be unheard of here. Its tough to be scared in your own home. Good news.... ya weren't shot!
 
ill post one after my legs on friday. its crazy. i hear you lose from your extremities first. so I guess it will prolly get a lil more defined, still looks kinda rounded to me :p

the weights tonight.. oh man.

I guess I got myself into a rut for the past two weeks. I've been working hard and running like crazy, and ive been getting results, but I just wasn't feeling it like I should ya know. Anyway, tonight was no exception, I left my house thinking "fuck! i need to lift, but I dont wanna" Anyways, I got to the gym. Hit up a few sets. still was thinking "ugh". I went thru my sets of curls, tricep extensions, did crunches and hanging leg raises. I was still not into it. I did my whole forearm workout, curls, reverse curls, etc. my hands were cramped, they didnt wanna close. it was sucky. I always end with a burnout on my bi's and tri's so I was warming up with some 30 lb dumbells and something took over me, i swear. I guess I broke out of my rut. I decided I needed to do down the rack dumbell curls for my burnout. If you don't knwo what they are they go like this.

You start with a weight you can curl 5-8 times, as soon as you can't curl anymore you drop down to the next weight. i.e. 35 lbs to 30 lbs and so on.

the hulk or something took over, i was like fuck this bullshit, im goin all out.

I went from 55 lb dumbells all the way to 5 lb dumbells. My arms were burning so bad at 30 lbs, they wanted to drop but i kept telling myself "you aren't a bitch, get that rep, get another."

I did the same thing on my triceps. My arms are swole haha.

wow, let me tell you, i felt like a champ walkin out of the gym. I'm ready to bust ass for the long haul.

ugh i need to sleep for a few hours. i did my usual 40 min hiit routine this morning, afterwards, i guess i didnt feel i did enough so i wanted to see how fast i could run a mile.

ran an 8:37. now im tired. blaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah.
 
wow, sounds like it was an amazing workout!

those days are really really rare for me but i love when it happens, when i start really low and i'm thinking i want to be anywhere but working out then all of a sudden something takes over me and it's like i'm superhuman all of a sudden! i love those days....wish it could be like that everyday, that would be so cool.

shoulder workout was great tonight.

i hit my traps pretty hard as well, they are still burning. yummy

gonna hit the legs and back tomorrow. its gonna be hell, but worth it.
