okie doke, went to the store, got my foodz for the week and i found something to prepare for my "cheat" meal. I found this package of seafood (squid, octopus, crab, tilapia, surimi) its a big ass package. and i got some cucumbers and red onions, gonna saute all of them together and serve it over brown rice.

i was also hungry on the way home so i stopped and got a 6 inch chicken sandwich on wheat. I dont use condiments, just veggies. and i had a glass of milk.

i think all those crunches and leg raises and oblique training is working.
