Yeah, haha. His antics on the elliptical were simply hilarious, I wished I would have brought my phone in. I would've gotten video! Well Chris bailed on me today. I'm gonna win this thing easily.

Well today is Friday. I stuck to the diet like usual. When I got home, I was thinking, I've been busting my ass all week, why not eat something tasty? Of course I immediately thought no way! I'll be messing up. I have a thing for jalepenos. I love them, before I would stuff them with cream cheese and chicken, then wrap them in bacon and grill them. Well thats what I wanted. Instead, I opted to stuff them with shredded chicken and some mozzarella. I'm also gonna slice up an avocado and I got some basmati and some other rice mix, (I'm sitting down and don't feel like looking at the package, haha.)

Sound good?
 
Hey man just read through your diary a bit. Damn you are a workin out mofo. If I did half of the work outs you do I think I might actually die. Keep on rockin dude. And yea I agree with the other ladies shirtless pics are always a plus. Oh yea and stuffed jalapenos are sooo good any way you stuff them the chicken and mozz sounds good.

haha thanks. im actually gonna switch it up again. move to full body workouts during the week, after I speak to someone about it.

gotta love the cardio. its like crack. kinda...

my twin sis lived in oklahoma for a bit, also I have some close friends that are from guymon.
 
I keep forgetting to add my input for my cardio this morning, ugh.

I went for 45 mins. 28 mins on the elliptical and 17 on the whatever that thing is, kinda like an arc trainer or something.

elliptical-417 cals burned, 172 strides per minute at 12 crossramp and 5 resistance. I use the interval training on both.
arc whatever thing-251 cals burned, 160 spm at level 5 on interval.

my bpm was at 168 for most of the time, i think when i first started it was at 150 or so. the weird thing was, I wasn't breathing hard. I had a full conversation with a buddy while he was doing his MMA thing. I guess im doing the hiit. I don't do it mediocre, I don't like moderate. Its early and I have a competitive nature so I'm trying to outdo all these old folks so I'm going as hard as possible, I looked down a few times and my spm were hitting 196-198 spm.
 
stuffed jalapenos hmmmm tasty! i definitely need to start getting creative with my meals...wow, i haven't had avocado in ages! i keep saying i'll get some but never get round to.

by the way i saw your post somewhere on this forum where you gave someone a link about the 12 important foods...i thought it had some really great info. i went through it and was like wow, i don't have alot of those things regularly and definitely should....i'm going shopping over the weekend and will get some almonds (i'd love to get peanut butter but i still don't trust myself so will leave it for now), i'll also get some raspberries to include as well regularly....actually i've just taken a quick look at the the link again and the foods and i pretty much have everything else on there except for whey protein since i assume it's for serious muscle building.

them ho's were awesome! i got 7 big jalepenos and stuffed them, i was full so I didnt finish the last one, i gave it to my puppy, she liked it.
 
dude did you steal my dog lol. I swear I had a pup that looked just like that. But that was like 3 years ago lol. So cute........so cute lol. I want my pitty back :(
 
hit the shoulders and abs and traps pretty hard tonight. ive been wondering how much i could max on shoulder press, since it was so late and nobody was in the gym i wanted to try. I got 275 easy, i tried 300 but i couldnt lock it out. i was impressed, I dont even know if thats good or not. anywho, i was driving back from the gym and i was drinkin my protein shake. well i burped and it tasted like vanilla, jalepenos, and chicken. it was so nasty haha. i amuse myself.

i originally wanted to sleep in kinda late cuz i was up for awhile having spanish class with amiba on skype haha. but i love getting a text in the morning, and then when you respond to it, the person says nothing in return! its like wow, way to go you ass. I'm eating my oatmeal, its good. I didnt run this morning since its my day off, im lookin at my legs tho, wooo they are getting cut.

i like.

well we went to sleep at 3:30 AM
and I tossed around my bed for a bit. I so don't want to exercise today! I might just do 20 min on the bike just to not spend my whole day being lazy. which I totally enjoy

leg workout was today. simply put, i kill me legs everytime it is leg day. I don't make it a relaxing vacation, i put them through heavy sets, 60 second rest periods, etc.

single-leg leg press 3x10 @ 360
leg ext 3x10 @ 150 with 1 second pause at full extension
leg curls 3x10 @ 130 with 1 second pause at full contraction
front squats 3x10 @ 315
standing calf raises 3x10 @ 470

then i did my bicep and tricep work during my rest periods.

barbell bicep curl 3x10 @ 95
tricep ext with rope 3x10 @ 10 on the cable weights
dumbell bicep curl 3x10 @ 45
single arm tricep ext 3x10 @ 5 on cable weights
forearm curls (its like a rope attached to a handle you twist) 3 times each way
then i did 2 burnouts each of bicep and triceps.

Good God.

We clearly have different definitions of the word "fun".

At least, so far. I may yet end up thinking of that sort of thing as fun. :)

Question - when you do your standing calf raises, is that 470 including your body weight?
