It's natural to put on a bit of weight during a refeed. But if you body is going to gain weight at what should be maintenance, then you need to do a refeed. That, or cut your cals to like 1500. KWIM? The refeed gain is only temporary--keep that in mind. I know you will drop those few pounds quickly--especially once your metabolism gets back up there.
