It's natural to put on a bit of weight during a refeed. But if you body is going to gain weight at what should be maintenance, then you need to do a refeed. That, or cut your cals to like 1500. KWIM? The refeed gain is only temporary--keep that in mind. I know you will drop those few pounds quickly--especially once your metabolism gets back up there. :)

well I think it might be turning the corner (hope I don't jinx it!) I'm down to 233.6 this morning after going way up in cals on saturday then way down yesterday. I'd really like to get back to my 2 lbs per week!

Don't be bummed if you don't get 2lbs per week all the time--you're pretty close to goal, so even a lb to 1.5lbs per week is good. :)

Crazy week here. Tuesday we had another tornado come through. They officially say there wasn't a tornado but I know otherwise! I have a picture someone sent to my cellphone of the funnel cloud right after it passed where I was at. I got caught out in that shit and it was scary. It basically skipped along through our town. Luckily no damage at my house or business and thanks to a sturdy overhang at the Chevron station, no damage to my truck from the golfball sized hail!

Well I was without power a good bit of the weekend. We had yet ANOTHER bad storm come thru. It knocked out alot of peoples power for most of the weekend. We were without it for 15 hours. I'm about tired of all these crazy storms, I want some nice calm rain instead of the "terror rain":willy_nilly:

Thank you. I actually had another 1 lb loss over the weekend so maybe the calorie cycling was just the trick!

There is so much crazy weather anymore, it's scary. Glad to hear everything's still in one piece, at least. Though power outages really suck.

Not a good start to June. I don't see myself hitting that birthday goal unless I can drop about 10 lbs by next saturday! Maybe I'll have a breakthru over the weekend. The 230's haven't been nice to me!

DO MORE WEIGHTS!! I mean it--it will really get things moving again.

What is the point in stagnating here where you are when you can easily change it?

What, only one trip a year to vegas??? LOL JK That's about how often I make it out too.

So far it is off to a great start. Two teams of 3! I was hoping for a smaller group of people I actually talk to, and it looks like its turning out to be perfect!!

Sorry to hear that you are having a slow start to June. You'll get over the hump and be back to it. You are one of the most steady and committed guys I know on here. Just keep at it.

I think to get within 7 lbs was pretty good. It's technically a failure but I'm not looking at it like that *L*
Birthday was good. Went to Red Lobster. Went waaaay overboard! *L* I actually drank a Coca Cola on my birthday. 1st one in over a year. It actually didn't taste all that good. I guess I'm 100% cured of my soda addiction huh.
