As you may have read on my post on friday , I was a bit bummed out because the scales had not moved for the week. Well, this morning I hopped on the scales after I got up. I wasn't going to til friday but I was drawn to them like a moth to the flame! I was 308 ! Down 4 lbs . Not 100% sure how . I'm thinking I got rid of some of that water . I had upped my calorie intake too and this might be doing it for me. We'll see how this week goes. I'm pretty pleased this morning though. If anything it's given me some motivation! I want to get into those 200's!

bb you gotta watch 300 if you like those kinds of movies. The bigger the screen the better. I saw it twice in the theatre and added it to my dvd collection so it gets both of my thumbs way up .

Keep up the good work--walking and all that. Sorry to hear about the bum knees. Weight training would probably help with that. Mine weren't that great when I started out, either, but I think my strength training has helped b/c they don't bother me anymore.
