well official weigh in monday morning. I lost 1 lb for the week, 307. I'm just glad I didn't gain !

You know , it's funny you ask that . We talked last night online and then on the phone for about 2 hours and we didn't talk about where to go *L* I need to think of something good . Maybe something different than the standard "out to dinner" .

Congrats on the weight loss!! woo hoo.

Have you thought about adding some weight training to your exercise? Even using dumbells would be something. You should talk to BDJ about it--he is kicking ass at the gym, and really getting results, too. Not to mention, strength training will help with your knees and many other aches and pains you might have. WT is really necessary for you to keep losing weight, so the sooner you get started, the better.:)
 
My husband is from South GA and is a graduate of UGA. Ever been to Thomasville?
