WTH is LA Ink?? A tattoo show??
I haven't wanted to get on the scale at all the last few days b/c I've been such a naughty, naughty girl with my eating. I think I need to be spanked...haha

It's not just a show about tattoo-covered people *L* I mean it is but the point of the show is to show how a tattoo shop runs and to show actual people coming in and getting a tattoo. You hear the stories behind why etc. They seem to "Hollywood" it up at times though. I liked Miami Ink much better but I guess it's on hiatus.
I wouldn't say I'm "into" tatts but I do have two myself and I've already got plans for my next one *L*
So now has your opinion of me changed? *L*

Yeah, retire those shorts to the former fat hall of fame or should I say shame? lol I'm sure those shorts wll slide right off you next summer.
It was cold here last week with highs in the 60s and lows in the high 30s. This week we're getting 80+ weather. At 10pm it's still 74 outside. We have the air on!! That is Michigan weather for ya. HOpefully Sheryl will catch some of that warmer weather we're getting. Because heaven forbid her nasty bits should get frost bite!!

I just don't get the current obsession with tatts. I really do hate them--I even hated them in college when my friends were getting them. Now don't get mad at for what I'm about to say, but I think they're a bit white trashy. Not that I think you are trashy--ya know I love ya! I don't think I would ever be into a guy who had tatts all over his arms and stuff. A couple small ones in discreet places I could handle..lol So what are yours, and what is this next one going to be?

I'm afraid the only thing I can tell you is you have to get one to know what the attraction is about them. *L* You know the slogan for Lays potato chips I think it is? You can't eat just one ? Well it's the same way with tattoos. You can't get just one *L*
Some tattoos can definetely be trashy. It's all in the eyes of the beholder I guess.
Right now I have just the 2 . They both have a meaning for me at a certain point in my life. I have barbed wire on my right bicep and a flaming skull on my left calf. They can be covered up and nobody would ever know they are there. The area on my right arm above the one I have has been "blank canvas spot" for a long time. Been saving it for something special . It almost looks empty the way it is but nothing has inspired or affected me in my life to warrant something going there until now. When I lose the weight I want to . I'm putting something there to mark this point in my life. I'm not 100% decided on what image it will exactly be just yet. I don't wanna jinx myself either *L* But it will be something that reflects change for me.
So c'mon , be a rebel . Get a tattoo *L*

I think guys with tatts are hott. I have a few myself, and yes they are very addicting. Some people do get some that are not tasteful. Good luck on you next one.

I used to agree that some tatts are hot. But I too don't like the idea of them being permanent. I went through a phase right after college where I dated a guy who had 7 tattoos. I just thought he was soooo sexy in a badboy kind of way. Now that I'm a little older, married, and a mom, I don't care for them a whole lot. I just keep wondering how they will look when one is older. Kind of like these low rider trucks. Do you really think a 45-year-old would look cool cruising around town in a low-rider with music blaring? Not so much.
Anyways, it's been awhile since I dropped in. How's everything going?

So I had a dilemma yesterday when making my yahoo picks: Mich or Penn St??!! That was hard. To my surprise, most pundits have Mich as the fav. Blew my mind away. So of course, I picked Mich. Too hard to go against my team...lol. OH, and I picked UGA just for you..lol.
