The cold weather just gives us Northern girls an excuse to cuddle up to our men so they can warm us up. ;););)

Didn't get to post last night .
Exercise for the day:
Walked 40 minutes
Times I got on scale= 0
Scale is really calling to me , I have no idea whether I'm up/down or the same. I'm a little worried that I will have gained this week. I "feel" like I might be up. That is what I liked about weighing so often is I could get a gauge for where I am and react accordingly. Right now I'm in the dark. Only a few more days though.
 

Great job avoiding that scale.... I'm hoping your going to be in for a great surprise at the end of the week. You may just feel like your up because your not seeing the numbers... it could all be psychological. Next week you can have the scale to be your Bizznitch again... just a few more days =0)

WTG on your walk... is the weather gettign nicer down there?

It's so hard to not hop on it every morning out of habit. hmm that sorta sounds like what I said right after I got divorced:eek:
It definetely could be psychological. I'm a huge pessimist so I always see the doom and gloom *L*
Come friday morning I'm hopping on that sucker and making it mine again! :D

Yes it's starting to cool off down here. I might have to retire my shorts for the winter soon. Actually it'll be for good because next spring they should be entirely too big for me to wear! Hooya!
I'd imagine it's getting quite nipply up there where you are already no ?

It was cold here last week with highs in the 60s and lows in the high 30s. This week we're getting 80+ weather. At 10pm it's still 74 outside. We have the air on!! That is Michigan weather for ya. HOpefully Sheryl will catch some of that warmer weather we're getting. Because heaven forbid her nasty bits should get frost bite!!:eek::rofl:

I haven't wanted to get on the scale at all the last few days b/c I've been such a naughty, naughty girl with my eating. I think I need to be spanked...haha:eek::rotflmao:

Good job with staying off the scale... scales are the devil, I tells ya! Be like me and weigh yourself once a month.. HA! jk Oh and as for those shorts, I say you keep them around, so for next summer you can wear them around during a youtube video just so we can see how much smaller you are....
