Michelle's sprint back on track

Just like many, i have started and stopped my process of becoming healthy so many times. I have gone through the disappointment with myself when I eat things that i consider 'wrong' or if I have not been active. Then.... the stand by true response has been..." oh well, I've already screwed up...may as well eat a buffalo dipped in whole fat dressing" sighssss... so stupid. Not me, just the habits I allow for myself. So, I'm back... to journal, because that has been one thing that keeps me honest with myself. I have gotten down to 303 lbs (from 327lbs) and... as per usual, i start to panic at the *300 pound* point. I am trying so hard to get through it, and get my weight under this milestone..so, like with the past worry of the Millennium, I can discover that i will not implode, my bank account will not vanish and my computer wont crash permanently. I know that I have no concept of what it feels like to be in the 200's and it is time to change that. I am ready to step into a smaller version of myself.

Food Diary:
Breakfast - lrg. skim milk steamed with sugar free hazel nut syrup
- Low fat banana muffin
Lunch - Salad with fat free Italian dressing
- KFC with fries and gravy
5pm - 1 cup steamed rice (had at work before i went home)
Dinner - Home made chicken and vegetable soup with 2 pieces of whole grain bread topped with 1 oz smoked mozza
1 cup of pepsi
2 liters of water drank throughout the day

Good luck! Just keep thinking about how nice it'll be to finally see yourself in the 200s, and you're already so close to that.

AUH your back, good thing we are friends and actually see eachother outside of this forum, ha ha ha!Im glad your and so happy to hear you r so close to being below 300, i didnt realize how close you are...before you know it you will be at my weight and I will still be here, ha ha ha!Gawd, i gotta figure out my balance and why i sturggle with the weight coming off...Boot camp will kick our asses for sure:)!!!

This is a thread I started...There where a few of us and now just margaret and I but she is a tremendious amount of support! The deal is just check in daily, and you dont need to physically check in daily...just account for your food and exercise on a daily basis...and the weekly challeneges that we do on going, nothing major just easy stuff to work on through out the week and build them to be routine...

Saturday night I am going out for my friends Birthday dinner and then cake after. We are going for Indian food for dinner, which I love, but will really try to make some healthy choices.

I got up at 10am today (could have easily slept till 2pm) My plan for today ( and this may sound silly) is to park far away from all my places i need to be today so that i have to walk farther. I'm not going to the gym today, but this should at least get me moving more.

Hey Brazenlysasse, congrats on your weight loss and your continued valiant efforts. Keep up the good work. Nice to see you're still around too.
