Hi everyone
Well I'm back! Today is my Day 25, I now have a bit of a head cold, plus with lack of sleep am feeling a bit low, and am still in bed trying to recuperate.
I finally finished counting up all my KJs, fat, protein, carbs and fibre - while I was away!
All in all, I did well food wise, stayed on target. I must admit though, I was often hungry but the options were very high fat, so I made myself go without, drank coffee and heaps and heaps of water.
That should help me lose weight - 30% extra - maybe, hehe. Its Sunday here and my next "official" weigh in will be Wednesday, so we'll see.
Probably won't bother trying to exercise until tomorrow - got to catch up on sleep and start to feel a bit better, bit more normal.
I had 2 nights without sleep while away - the 1st night kept awake by very noisy dogs and roosters... yes roosters ALL night! Just as well I don't have a gun! Then my second night - had to stay awake, get to the airport around midnight and catch 2.40am flight back - so am still a bit out of sorts!
