Well, before I used to have a ticker that started at 225 with a goal weight of 140. For me, I just hate inching along, you know? So I decided to set 10 lb goals and it makes me feel a lot better knowing I have to get a new one everytime I meet a mini-goal.

Yah, so do I.. haha Actually, Sean's schedule flipped and it's been fucking with my sleep schedule. Hell, I have no fucking clue what day it is as of late. I just need some time getting used to it, then things will be back to "normal." (Well that is until my sister comes in and when I leave for Hawaii.. haha)

My reason for not being around much: Well, I'm being a lazy twat. haha Actually, I'm trying to catch up on sleep, because the department changed Sean's work schedule. It's a real pain in the twat. Anywho... once things calm down, I'll get back to posting my menu... my crackhead days.... and whatever else random bullshit going on in my pretty little head. On to today's accomplishments.

Workout:

- 60 min brisk walk in the ghetto
- 30 min Arc Trainer (Interval, Level 10)
- 55 min wt training: abs, triceps, and chest

Meals:
Breakfast:
- Whole wheat bagel with 1 tb peanut butter and sugar free jam
- 1 c 1% milk (485 cal)

Postworkout Snack:
- Wellements Protein Powder in 1c 1% milk (240 cal)

Lunch:
- 93% lean turkey burger with provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, and mustard on a hamburger bun (445 cal)

Snack:
- Breyer's Light Blueberry Yogurt with 1/2 c seedless grapes and 1c Kashi Go Lean (305 cal)

Dinner:
- Homemade Spicy Thai Lemongrass Chicken with brown rice (chicken breast, onions, bell peppers (red and green), garlic, fresh sliced chili, nuc mom)
(435 cal)

Total Calories: 1,915 cal (1790-2140)
Notes: So I was roaming around the "Newcomers" section and noticed Mr ExercisePhysio posted a few pix of himself. Is it me.... or did anyone else get hard nipples looking at that bastard? HOT DAMN! That's a fine assed youngin' right there.
