Most of the time i do my first session of cardio before breakfast. I wait an hour after before i eat, I also do a second session of cardio about 3-4 times a week. I've noticed that if i overdo it with my cardio it really messes with my sleeping.

I've had insomnia for a couple of days and I realized it is because I do my cardio- intensive 1-2 hours, at night.
I really want to change it to mornings but well. I am not exactly a morning person

well its a new week and i'm feeling a little better. I had a horrid sinus cold and its slowly getting better. I tried to call out of work friday so i could have a 3 day weekend to relax. My boss made a big deal out of it so i came in feeling like ass. When I got to work this morning she said that 3 people called out because they had head colds so I guess I passed it on lol. Sometimes Karma is so much fun! She's coughing and complaining too! I hope to be able to get back on the treadmill this afternoon. I'm not gonna run but a mild jog should be cool.

I know...I am just teasin ya. IDK could it? Cuz it's already what would you call it so I don't sound stupid? Popped Rice...if anything I think I may be slightly Lactose Intolerant. Makes me bloated. Every time I weigh in or measure up I am bloated..>BOOOOO!!!
