Thanks for the input. I have looked into this diet before and it looks very difficult. Even Lyle says it is very advanced. Few questions for you:
How restricted are the calories on this diet?
How below maintenance are you?
How long does it last?
Are you hungry on this diet?

Pretty standard low carb, only fat is a little more controlled as well

for my numbers, being a pretty active guy, im about 1500 below maintenance during the short cutting period
How long does it last?
its a 7 day cycle, repeat a max of 6-8 times before a 2 week maintenace break.
Are you hungry on this diet?
Im hungry on every diet... well because typically i cut 1000-2000 calories a day
but its basically only 3 and half days of hunger, and the rest is pretty much maintenance, maybe even slightly above for 2 days.
I love it because,
I get to lift heavy
Its only a rough 3.5 days
it will help me keep muscle.
it has structured variety
This is why i prefer it over the rapid fat loss program (which I also bought) You know its only 3.5 days of harsh shit before you get a break... eat a house full of bagels, and still lose weight!
as far as being advanced.... the hardest part i can imagine would be for most would be the accuracy requirements for good results. I'm an avid food scale/fitday user so im used to setting up ratios and sticking to them.
