Ok, so i have tried this whole journal thing before. I'm not a huge fan of writing and putting my thoughts on paper but I feel that I do need a place to vent every so often. I also will just go off on tangets every so often so my journal really doesnt flow too well.
I started this journey a little over two years ago and still plugging away. I went through about a two month slump. I didnt stop exercising or eating well, I just kind of questioned if I could improve on what I arleady have done. That time has passed and I still have a LOONNNGGG way to go and I am enjoying the journey. Still do the 5 days a week at the gym.
My favorite exercise is still and always will be chasing my kids around the yard. Does playing tag count as HIIT?
The hiking season is coming up for me. I have a 10 mile hike planned for the end of May. I volunteered to be a chaperone for a boy scout troop in this hike. Anyway, I can't wait for that.
***random thought: i always said that i would never say no to a treat that my daughter makes. I enjoy her chocolate chip cookies the best. For her 4th birthday we bought her an easy bake oven. That might be the worst stuff i have ever eaten. My wife thought it would be cute to see her bake.
Anyway, I have started this and not sure how often i will add to it but atleast I have a place to vent.
Thanks for stopping by.
