Breakfast: 1 Bacon, Egg and Cheese on Brioche, 1 Bowl of Oatmeal w/Cinnamon and Strawberries, 1 Bagel w/Cream Cheese, 1 Large Coffee all from Panera. 4 cups of Coffee.

Lunch: 1/4 of a Roasted Chicken, 1 side of Duchess Potato Casserole.

Dinner: 1 Marie Callender's Bowls TV Dinner (Beef and Broccoli).

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

That is very unfortunate, is the business a victim of the pandemic ?

No, a change in the law that effected the industry so they decided to close all offices in my state.

Snack: 1 Cheese Danish.

Miscellaneous: 2 cups of Milk, 1 Large Cinnamon Dulce Latte.

I'm taking some PTO since I figured I might as well use it so I had a 3 day weekend last week and a 4 day weekend this week. I did okay, except for the sweets.

I felt lousy in the morning, so I didn't eat much of a breakfast.

I felt better than yesterday. Also I finally got an appointment Thursday for my COVD vaccine!

I got my vaccine shot today (Moderna), and I has some side effects like soreness, some dizziness but that's about it.

I went crazy Sunday, and I did better today. I was going to have Sardines w/Rice but it tasted gross and I ended up eating only one.
 
Honestly on days where you don't drink any soda you seem to do pretty well like even on Sunday if you get rid of the Dr. Pepper you probably end up under 3500 for the day.

Maybe switch to diet soda as a baby step?

I was real tired today, I've noticed I've been a lot sleepier than usual I think it might be a side effect of the COVD vaccine.
