Breakfast: 4 Bowls of Cereal (600 cal.), 2 Servings of Milk (200 cal.), 10 cups of Coffee (100 cal.)

Snack: 2 Bananas (100 cal.)

Lunch: 1 Roast Beef Sandwich (500 cal.), 2 Servings of Cole Slaw (380 cal.)

Dinner: About half a pound of Mahi Mahi (190 cal.), 1 side of Broccoli (20 cal.)

Drinks: 3 cups of Water.

Exercise: 1 Hour of Walking

Estimated Calories: 2220 cal. (50 cal. under 2270)

Dinner: Pasta w/ Shrimp and Marinara Sauce (440 cal.), 2 Pieces of Garlic Toast (250 cal.)

Drinks: 3 cups of Water, 3 Rum and Cokes (450 cal.)

Exercise: 1 Hour of Walking

I've been a little disappointed with my weight going up or not going down. I mean in some cases I shouldn't be complaining because on some days I've ate quite a bit though on some days I ate less and still it never went down.
