Hi all, Happy Thursday !
got busy last nite - so no evening treadmill ( I was working on marking/feedback on assignments on the moderator work I'm doing - interesting stuff- but had a deadline-needed to get it done)-so was too late for treadmill by time the work was wrapped up.
so yesterday - Exercise -
got in my 1/2hr noon walk (* yes - I do love walking outside in the fresh air Sarah - I far prefer it over the indoor treadmill )(it was milder - around 0 - I really enjoyed it.)(but no treadmill)
food - total calories I had were 1,235
( budget was 1,600) - so was under a fair amount - had a lite bite intending to eat full supper later & just got distracted and forgot -( I rarely, almost never forget to eat - so that was odd....)
this morning - down 1 pound ! ....go figure - didn't expect it - as have been getting only 30mins. /not 60 for exercise daily this wee... nice suprise .
~ I will be sure to get in the higher-calorie total today ( 1,600cal budget) (as too many days low cal might give me the dreaded
slow metabolism -set in "starvation" mode - I want to avoid that).
