Hey guys, Im currently practicing Kajukenbo and I was wondering what speed drills, stretch routines, etc. You guys do in the martial art you practice, have you found it effective? Also, any techniques on flexibility?
Thanks for the reply bro... btw figured I should post this up. Today in Kajukenbo, we had an interesting training session... The group was divided into 4 groups... Each of 5 people. THere are 4 mats, and in each mat, you'd do a different excersise. In one, you'd do squats, in the other pushups, situps, and jumping jax. Each for 2 mins. Then we ran about 1/4 of a mile. Was pretty fun.
