Had a good day decluttering the linen closet, washing everything that we usually don't use in there, and gardening. I am a little sunburnt and sore now, but in a good way. We made home made horchata (Mexican sweet rice drink - our version with the zero calorie sugar) yesterday and I shouldn't have had any, but it was such a nice treat. I didn't fast either today. I have to get back on track! But the exercise was really good, and I feel good in general. I didn't really eat that much today, so maybe it'll even out. I'm only 5 pounds heavier than my lowest weight, so if I concentrate should be able to get back on track soon.
I do feel like I am getting back in the swing of things, and J is consistently taking my mom to speech therapy, so I only have shopping and physical therapy to take her to. I want to start getting her to go on little walks, too. Her memory is shockingly bad now. It feels really good decluttering and folding everything the Marie Kondo way, so when I am done, things look so much better. I'm soaking my grandmother's hand knit sweaters in the tub with vinegar in them to try to get the moth ball smell out. My daughter fits in those sweaters now (my grandmother was a petit, short person), and it would be nice if I can get them smelling nice so she can wear them. Nice and sleepy now. Good night!
