I'm starting my struggle against my belly! Tired of hearing "Mommy's fat" and of clothes not fitting anymore.
Started yesterday - sort of - had a good morning, up until a party at children's school. Had a piece of cake, and
then the rest of the day went rather well. Joined WLF about a week ago, but decided this morning that I need
help and motivation from people that are there, been there and also doing it!
I'm struggling to drink water. Don't like it. Managed a litre yesterday, that was a whole 4 glasses more than I usually drink! Proud of my start!
Woke up with a huge headache - scale not friendly - haven't even lost a milligram. Still standing on 93.4kg.
Wanting to lose 23.4kg.
Please feel free to give advise or even a hello will help! Now trying to lose weight for 3 years. Was motivated before - on my past journey's after childbirth - but now I cannot seem to hold longer than 3 hours on a diet!

I'm going to GO for the GOAL to post everyday - My feelings, food and exercise! Well u know how I'm feeling right now, Food up untill now was a cup of coffee and 2 crackers with cheese on. Exersice - that I don't know when I'm going to start. I had the flu about 4 weeks ago, but since then I still have the runny nose and coughing. Not sure if I must exersice. Or am I only using that as an exuse?
