I'm staying with my changes! It feels so great to be motivated again. I know before when I was just down about it, it was horrible and hard to lose weight plus this past two months I've been concerned with my dad who had a massive heart attack and was lucky enough to make it out okay. So stress probably didn't help, but things are getting back to normal and I'm using self control.
Like for instant I stayed up until 11pm last night with out eating (I'm a nighttime eater) but all I could think about is the prize, the goal, whatever you call it and I was NOT going to eat something. I'm proud of that. Well heres what I'm having today:
Breakfast:
Undecided (its almost lunch time)
Maybe Cereal
Lunch:
1/2 Tuna Fish Sandwich
Apple
Dinner:
Hot Dog
Chips
