Hi Quality, congrats on your success.
Let me ask you: You said you run/jog for about an hour straight...

Do you take any little "walking breaks" in between? What's your average treadmill incline while running? And your average running speed?

Hey!

I am so glad you are doing well!! I just wanted to tell you that I go back and look at your thread ALL the time. You are such an inspiration! I was 224lb when I had my son 20 months ago. I am now down to 145.8lbs!!!! I have lost 78.2lbs in 20 months (22.3lbs of that since January)! I just diet and excercise and now I am upping my fruit intake like you. I eat at least 3 pieces of fruit per day! Anyway, great work and keep in touch.

Stephanie

Thank you for your will power and motivation it has really helped me visualize what I can be - not just in weight loss but a great fitness attitude. Your face just transformed, your waist everything. Your hard work, determination, and sweat has resulted in amazing results and I WILL get there too SOON! if i just keep at this :) thank you thank you
What kept you going? (motivation)

Today is my first time to be on this web site and when i came across your thread and i looked at your photos, my jaw dropped in awwwed..you are MY inspiration and i will follow your diet and exersise. I started at 220lbs, i been running and jogging for 3 weeks now, and I havent weighted my self yet,and i dont even want to until a couple of months from now. GIRL you were a very pretty girl before, with the weight on and all, but now you are just amazingly beautiful, you must feel so happy and proud, i hope i can reach my goal too!! you are a true inspiration! thank you for sharing your photos.

Damn girl, you look so beautiful! I am another who thinks you were a little too skinny for a while there and think that at your current weight you have a *perfect* body. No question.

I have similar stats to you - I was 205-ish and now weigh 142. It's so amazing to look at your pictures and see what a difference that extra weight makes! I don't have many pictures of me at the higher weight, so I really appreciate you sharing yours.

Keep up the good work and stay healthy!

I have still never posted since my registration.
I am French and my English is not very good so I simply prefer to read.

But to see so many people reaching their goal motivates me.
And I simply wanted to congratulate you and to say to you that you became my inspiration. Your transformation is incredible. You are very lucky and I hope to succeed as much as you!

Hey Quality, how's tricks?

I was just wandering if you have ever tried Kettlebell training? Been doing it for a few weeks now and am very impressed so if you want something different to spice up your exercise give it a go. I've been using Sarah Lurie workout DVD 3. it says advanced but you can soon pick up the moves and is faster paced than the other 2 DVDs. It lasts 20 minutes or so and I remember watching it thinking - easy ill soon do that but it is harder than I thought and would definatley recommend as you get a cardio and weight workout!

By the way I dont sell these I just think its a great workout. I dont know what weights you lift so wouldn't know what weight bell to recommend.

Anyway hope your doing well. take care.

Holy shit... I just wanted to say you're absolutely GORGEOUS. Great job... you definitely put in a lot of effort.

Okay. Well, obviously, YOU LOOK AMAZING!!! HOLY HELL! LOL *triple five*

Seriously, you look proud of yourself. To me, that was the best thing about the transformation in those pictures.

At any rate - I was wondering if you could let me know, here, or via pm how you did it? I gather the usual day for you, but what about days you felt off track, etc? How did you stay on your plan?

Any advice for us couch potatoes? LOL

My main reason for wanting to talk to you is you have the same body shape as I do, in both pictures. I have only been overweight for the last 4 years, but that is long enough. Before, I gained my weight, I looked like your after pictures, and now with the weight I look like your before! Almost exactly! It's uncanny.

So, if you don't mind, I would love to chat with you!!

Thanks and congrats again on your empowerment!

you look absolutely gorgeous! but if u dnt mind me saying i think you look a little too thin under 60kg, you look a perfect weight in those pictures that say ur 63kg, especially if ur 5ft 6, under 60kg may be just a little too small? :/

nvmd :D just looked at ur most recent pictures. u look perfect now. i'm gona keep coming back to this page for a while, thanks for the inspiration x

You are doing well!! My congratulations to you. Your experience will inspire a lot of people I am sure.

Wow.... incredible job! You look amazing!!! Thank you so much for posting this... this is exactly what I need to see when I'm feeling completely desperate and hopeless that I will never lose this weight. I've tried and quit about 1,000 times over the last several years, but I can't give up because I can't stand the way I look and feel! I'm about your same starting weight, but you carried it WAAAAAYYY better than I do.

Please don't take this thread down, because I will probably need to look at it about 100 times a day for the next, oh.. I don't know... year? :)

I hope you don't take this as a non-compliment, but in the last photo you remind me very much of Victoria Beckham (Posh Spice.) I have often wondered if it was even possible for a normal-sized or overweight person to ever get that thin... now I know! (Not that I personally could, or need to.)

Congratulations on all of your hard work and success, and thanks again for posting!!!

your pics are so inpiring! I feel so crappy right now 'coz of the way I look now but seeing your pics , I have hope. thanks for sharing

i don't know if you knew, but i think someone may have taken your photos and put them on their site. heres the link:

i accidentally clicked some thing while looking up tattoo ideas, and was sent to this website, and immediately remembered these pictures because i thought this post was so inspiring for me. i just thought i'd let you know. :/

also, i wouldnt go much further clicking links on that website. they're obviously trying to scam some one.
