Mandy's weight loss diary

Good afternoon, its almost 1pm in Montreal, i have ringettes at 2.
Then depending how i feel i might go to the gym for an hour. Have diner then walk my dog.

So far today i had:

2 eggs=140
2 hotdogs=180
toast=160
syrop=80

total: 560

left : 640
Dont really know what i'm going to have for diner
maybe just a lean cuisine, that would be 270 about
 
Pequin; i didnt not go to the gym yesturday but i did have a ringette practice, ringette is almost like hockey but only for girls and we have a different stick.

Its 9h30am,i have no clue y i'm up at this time, i went to bed at 4 in the morning, had a good night, had only 3 drinks wich i'm really happy about, and didnt have a early morning snack before going to bed.

This morning i woke up at 6h30 to feed my dog cuz thats when is feeding time is, dont ask me y that early, its crazy. So i had 1 piece of toast with pb & J and a cup of milk while waiting for him, then i deicded to have a 1/2 cup of ice cream i know its bad :( so a total of: 400 cals i would say.
Then i went back to bed.
My dog woke me up again at 9h30 cuz he wanted to go downstairs, i had a piece of this italian cheese bread so thats about 200cals at least, bad idea i know but i'm soo hungry and didnt feel like cooking or cutting fruits :(

So its only 9h30 in the morning and i have 600cals for the rest of the day to make a total of 1200, this is gonna be hard...well i'll allow myself to go over 100cals but thats it, i'm going to make sure i go to the gym today, to make up for all those carbs but at least its in the begining of the day its easier to burn off.
 
I was so hungry that i had to eat something, so i had:

2 eggs = 140
2 slices of toast = 180
1 slice of bolony = 150
Ice cream = 120

I only have a 10 cals left and diner is coming up later...frig i dont know what to do. I messed up big time. :(

Halloween is coming up soon and i havent lost anything really, like 1 pound. I'm stuck at 174 and i need to get down to 168. This seriously sucks...i dont know what to do. Does anyone have any sugguestions?

Maybe i should cut bread and rice
I go to the gym almost every day and if i dont i have ringettes or its my day off.

I wanted to pass on the gym, since my legs are sore...but now i have no choice...i'm not gonna go to the gym but i will go for a walk.
 
well i just had diner; it was really good
i had salmon, rice with sweet potato, apple and pear...
but still i'm over my calorie intake :eek:(
 
Monday October 16, there’s 15 days until Halloween still have 6 pounds to lose to reach my goal of the month. I don’t understand why I’m having such a hard time, I go to the gym all week eat very well and still nothing and when the weekend comes I did really good accept Sunday; I was down cuz it doesn’t make sense why I’m having such a hard time, for some stupid reason I had two muffins, ice cream. I was way over my calorie intake.

Today is a new day, my goal is to lose 3 pounds this week. Is that even possible?
Anyone have any suggestions how I can lose it, any meal plan?

After work I’m planning to go to the gym for an hour and only do cardio. Later on in the night I have a ringette practice also for an hour. Maybe this will jump start my week.

Vector cereal + cranberries + ½ banana + 1 cup of skim milk = 350cals

Please if anyone has any sugguestions please do tell...
 
My best suggestion is to hit the water - maybe some of it is water weight. But don't let it get you down - you're doing very well. The weight will come off in it's own time. You just can't force it.
 
12c. is probably a good amount for your weight, that probably not the problem then. *sigh* I'm all out of suggestions. Sorry. :eek:
 
Well girl you are doing good really and it may be your body adjusting then you will drop it all at once! try to mix up your calorie days! Like 1200 then 1000 then 1100 sometimes even though they say it isnt good people fluctuate the calorie days betwen 900 and 1200 that way your body has no time to adjust or try starvation mode but it works for some people sense your so close and fit I dont see it hurting any!

hey mandy,

I totally feel your frustration, I am in the same weight range, trying to get down to 130's and it's just so friggin hard to see nothing happen! but if you change some of the food intake up and keep your body guessing at the gym it will work out. p.s.-is there any meds you could be on that would keep you from losing weight?...

a cookie and skim milk = 380

total: 1090

went to the gym burned= 700 cals
have ringettes later on tonight will burn at least 250cals

Its only 9h12!!!! I did so good yesterday, maybe a little low on the calories but I’m going to try what …… said, fluctuate the calorie intake day by day. Last night I do a amazing workout. 1 hour of cardio at the gym burned 700cals and 2hours later had a ringette practice probably burned 250cals. Days like yesterday prove to me that I can do it, its normal to make a mistake once in a while, but its ok as long as you can get back on your feet.

Today’s meal plan:

1 cup of skim milk = 80
Lunch = carrot soup + small bake potato = 300
Yogurt = 50
Lean Cuisine = 280
½ of ice cream = 110

Total = 1120

Gym tonight around 8ish
 
Yeah, it wasnt so bad tho. My knees are a bit sore, so tonight at the gym i wont go as hard. I've done gym and ringettes in the same day 1 to 2 times a week and it was great, i found it really helped me lose my weight on the first time that i did...
 
Howdy Mandy - Just checkin in on you. What a great workout! Hopefully changing your calories up a bit will help.

Ok and I have to ask... what is ringettes?

Lunch = carrot soup + small bake potato = 300
Yogurt = 50
1 halloween candy (twix) = 50
3 crakers + cream cheese = 50

Total: 830cals
