Pequin; i didnt not go to the gym yesturday but i did have a ringette practice, ringette is almost like hockey but only for girls and we have a different stick.
Its 9h30am,i have no clue y i'm up at this time, i went to bed at 4 in the morning, had a good night, had only 3 drinks wich i'm really happy about, and didnt have a early morning snack before going to bed.
This morning i woke up at 6h30 to feed my dog cuz thats when is feeding time is, dont ask me y that early, its crazy. So i had 1 piece of toast with pb & J and a cup of milk while waiting for him, then i deicded to have a 1/2 cup of ice cream i know its bad

so a total of: 400 cals i would say.
Then i went back to bed.
My dog woke me up again at 9h30 cuz he wanted to go downstairs, i had a piece of this italian cheese bread so thats about 200cals at least, bad idea i know but i'm soo hungry and didnt feel like cooking or cutting fruits
So its only 9h30 in the morning and i have 600cals for the rest of the day to make a total of 1200, this is gonna be hard...well i'll allow myself to go over 100cals but thats it, i'm going to make sure i go to the gym today, to make up for all those carbs but at least its in the begining of the day its easier to burn off.
