Its been another tough day today. Still so much work to do and not enough time to do it in.
I started out well today..but..then it all went wrong.
Dont know whats the matter with me..I need my mouth wiring shut.
Heres my embarassing food diary for today.
BREKKIE - 2 slices of wholemeal toast, 1 scrambled egg without butter and a small tin of baked beans. ( I did start off well, thought if i had a good breakfast that I wouldnt get that hungry)
LUNCH - Wholemeal roll, filled with salad and low fat mayo. 1 banana.
Dinner - Jacket potatoe with low fat cottage cheese.
NIBBLES - (this is where it went horribly wrong) 2 club biscuits, 2 rolls filled with mash potatoe, 1 snickers bar, 1 twirl bar, and a bowl of ice cream.
NOW I FEEL SICK, GUILTY AND DISGUSTED WITH MYSELF.

Is there anything you like to do that you could try and turn into a comfort thing? Instead of munching? I do that too, and I have two things I can turn to...a walk if I have no kids around (or if I have access to a sitter!), or I scrapbook. Keeps my hands busy, and it's therapeutic. I know you're busy, but there has to be a solution.
