Maitreya's weight loss adventure

I weighed myself just now to be disappointed. I'm still the same weight I was two weeks ago. I do feel more toned, so hopefully a bit of that weight has converted to muscle!

Today's entry:
-Coffee with 2% milk
-3 fried lentil patties
-A small cauliflower pakora
-A boiled egg
-A teaspoon of peanut butter
-Boiled fish wish veggies, a bit of olive oil and a tablespoon of homemade avocado and spinach (mostly spinach) dip with ground flax seed.

Workout:
Lost track of the amount of time I was there, but I burnt around 690 calories doing cardio. It was a good workout.

Keep it up! Yes muscle does weigh more so I'm basing mine more on comparing pictures and how things fit. ;) Definately take pictures! Don't let the scale weigh you down! You can do this! I hope you're feeling well now! :)

Entry for today:
-A serving of brown rice cereal and skim milk
-Two coffee with 2% milk
-Half a cup of rice noddles with veggies, a tablespoon of peanut butter, a large egg, a teaspoon of honey and soy sauce.
-Boiled salmon with veggies, and a quarter cup of plain rice noodles.

Today's workout:

I spent about 30? (I lost track) on the full body crossramp, and about 20 on the bike. I know for sure that, according to the machines, I burnt around 450 calories doing cardio. I also did a few sets of torso twists? and back lenthening and tummy crunches? I'm really happy with this workout, I'm totally exhausted!
