maintenance program

when you have trained with heavy weights for a long time and you have no desire to go any heavier what would be a good maintenance program.? what types of exercises and weight/rep parameters would be needed to maintain and possibly add a little muscle as time goes on.? at this point do you concentrate on definition.?

it sounds like you need to change your diet more than your routine.

no surplus of calories = very little ability to gain muscle (or fat).
