M.L.B's Road to happiness

Wow it's been so long sense I visited this great forum, and so many things have happened sense. To make a long story short, i started a new job and slowly gained back 12kg and got to 112kg, but I have gotten back to working out 10 days ago and have already lost 1kg.

Knowing that I have to lose weight that I already lost, can sometimes bring me down, but I am lucky to know that I did this once and can do it again. All it takes is dedication and consistency.

This forum and all the great people in it helped me out before and I know it will help me out again.

Another week and another loss, I am down another 700 grams. Feels good to be back on track and losing the weight again.

Welcome back,
I'm a newbie here. Starting my diet plan as soon as baby is born.

You have had some "give up" stages but have the motivation to lose weight.
Stick at it this time and reach your final goal.

Hoping to see regular updates on your progress. You can do this :)

Even though I missed 1 day of working out I am down another 1.2 kg this week, I also had a good week food wise. Feels good getting back into the groove of things.

I keep on thinking if I hadn't stopped working out over a year ago I would most likely be at my goal weight now, but thinking of things that could/should of happened won't get me any closer to my main goal. So just gotta keep it up and this time I will make it.

One of my biggest mini goals has always been to get below 100kg, I haven't weighed below 100kg sense I was about 15-16, and getting there would be like reaching the moon for me.

I am down another 1.3kg this week, can't say that I didn't have a few hiccups with food this week, but I still manged to keep it under control.

I am already 4.2 kg down from when I started this again.

Weigh in is tomorrow, so I will update than. Other than that I think I had a pretty good week, got 5 days of training, ate well and not to many hiccups.

Welcome back! :) And as from reading the first couple of pages in your diary it seems like you had a really good workout ethic. I don't know if you were still interested in the px90 workout, but I've done them before some of them are extremely intense. The legs/back one if I remember correctly had me feeling sore for several days.

I hope you keep at it! :)

Thanks TLynn

Right now I'm doing a combination of P90X weight days and running on the cardio days. The kenpo, yog. And plyometrics don't really do it for me.

After I'm done with P90X thinking of starting insanity.

I didn't lose any weight this week, but at least it didn't go up so I'm ok with that. Gonna be extra smart with food choices this week.

Another week another loss, a loss of 1.1kg wich brings me down to 105.9... At this rate I am hoping to get below 100kg by the end of September.

Did moslty running this week, didn't really feel like doing weight training. Even though I just lost 6.6kg, I can really tell the difference in the clothes I wear, they are less tight and more comfortable to wear.

You can do it for september !

About the weight training, I might be wrong so don't take my word too seriously and I hope omega is gonna come here and correct me if I really am, but if you wanna develop muscular mass you need the calories for that and when you're in a diet you have a calorie deficit, so I wonder if it would work building muscular mass, however I'm sure it helps burn more calories.

I intended at first to do some weight training in my first days of dieting, but in the end I have only walked to lose weight, nothing else, absolutely nothing but walking, it took me 3 months of walking + diet to get to my 85.

You can't build muscle while at a defecit, I just do it to lose less muscle while losing weight.
