So I've really not been doing ANY cardio...well unless you count cleaning my house hardcore "cardio", lol....only strength training. I weighed myself this morning:

WHAT?? How can I be building any muscle if I'm loosing weight?? DONT get me wrong I'm thrilled I'm finally seeing below 135...but I was all prepared to gain a few pounds. Hmmmm. Maybe its my eating...I haven't been eating alot...just felt
and stressed lately. I was measuring out and eating all of my normal calories...or so I thought.
Oh well, I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing.
Last night I stayed up entirely toooo late again!! DH went out w/ guys from work and didn't get home until around 10pmish and then I think we both fell asleep around 12...although, I also think I fell asleep standing in the shower.
I hope I'm up for going out tonight...I'm interested to see what kind of band DH's friends are taking us to see. ITS FRIDAY!!!!

I've not had a sip of anything but water, milk and the occasional glass of OJ since well before Christmas...but it made for a fun V-day night
