AHHHH, how nice to work out with your mom. That will be a very nice time to do some bonding of course.
I think your trip to MI will be fine! You do so well now that I have a feeling you'll be stopping yourself from over doing anything. It just ends up that way, once you have your mind set and have worked so hard for so long. And even if you do consume a few hundred extra calories, you'll be moving I'm sure while your there, so it's not like your sitting on the couch all day eating and drinking and not doing anything else. You'll be just fine! However, we will miss you during that week. And we will be sure to keep your diary dusted while your out. Have another good day today and enjoy your spin!
Oh Sara, your vacation sounds like it's going to be so much fun for you! I gotta say that I agree with 100% of everything Blancita said...while losing weight while on vacation is sort of an oxymoron, what super practice it can be for maintaining in the big picture...where vacations and stuff are just part of life. You are going to be so stoked if - no make that when - you return from vacation and have both had a good time and maintained your weight. I have one suggestion (assuming you don't mind doing a little vacation math) which might make it a little easier. Take the daily maint. range you get from Leigh & multply it times 7...that'll give you an approximation of how many cals you can eat over the course of the week without packing on pounds. Then just use it to decide when/where you want the vacation type splurges to be...oh, and if you don't want to tie yourself to fitday during the whole time you could either look up some stuff you know you'll be eating beforehand and jot them down in a little notebook to take with you...or invest in a cheap little calorie counter pocketbook. Have fun chica!

Thanks, I know! Why not eat, when um...you CAN EAT! I mean LAST month, I was spinning 5x week, elliptical 3x week, Pilates 2x week...I didn't have a rest day, I ate 1400 calories per day and I lost 6 lbs. in 4 weeks. THIS month aside from the fact that I'm eating way more, I'm doing weights 3x and spinning 3x and I've lost 5lbs in 3 weeks. I don't expect to lose anymore for this month at all, but I have to say, this is pretty cool. I will experience serious withdrawals not being able to post here! I'm not ready to be separated from my WLF friends hahaha!
Definitely show us the pics of the hair. I usually get the toner in between the foils so it breaks up the blonde a bit (the toner is a semi-permanent so it washes out gradually).
I again want to say how glad I am about this eat more/weight lift epiphany of yours. Smartie!
Oh YEAH, we are picture freaks here, okay, so I am I'm not afraid to admit it. LMAO!!!! Can't wait to see how your hair turned out! I know it will look great, your hair is gorgeous in your last picture. I hope you had a good day yesterday and and even better one today. I'll check back in later. CHOW!!!!
Kim
Blonde hmmmm......sure, sure, tell us it's all about "being summer"....you just wanna be the hot blonde chick when school starts again LOL
p.s. and you will be
Hi! I just thought I'd say hi- I've been reading your thread and it sounds pretty interesting what you're doing- that's awesome how well you've done with losing the weight. I am 21 yr. old and also am doing a program that emphasizes giving the body enough fuel and not overtraining. I do resistance training 3x a week, sometimes 4, and cardio is at 2x right now. Well good luck...I'll be sure to stop by and follow your progress![]()
