Risty I know, like I'm joking around with the poem and all, but I'm kinda not. It's how I feel. I don't like being all thick but yet I just don't exercise? STUPID. Ohh I love raspberries, they're my favorite. I love sour!
So, I'm going to post my goal for the next 8 days and see how it goes.
Goal for Wednesday May 23 through Thursday May 31:
Practice Interval Cardio: "running", jogging, and short periods of fast walking. Basically I want to get my heart racing and become out of breath.
CHECK!
Strict 1400 calorie diet: NO MORE CEREAL, more fruit, more protein, less carbs, oatmeal for breakfast. Keep all nutrients balanced.
CHECK!
Have More FUN: I work in the evening, so I want to have healthy fun, and make sure I don't go out after work, because that's where I fall prey to my vices, such as smoking and drinking. I want to incorporate all of the following activities into the next week at least once.
-Tennis:
-Beach:
CHECK!
-Outdoor Jogging/Walking:
-Frisbee:
-Bike Riding:
CHECK! Spinning counts.
Strength Training: I want to weight lift every other day, alternating Upper and Lower Body. And I STILL want to work up a chart to keep track of it on here.
Not happening.
I will be very proud if I manage to accomplish all of these goals!
